Hey Cassie, great work on blogilates! I think you are quite a role model.
One suggestion relating this video. Look into new research regarding calories.
In essence it is pointing out that calories are a man made construct and that our bodies do not recognize calories as defined by science to be used in experiments. Calories coming from fats, protein and carbohydrates are not equal, because our body utilizes that energy differently.
But I definitely agree your general advice on the types of food to eat. Your stance advocates a moderate approach, which I consider the best, considering a tremendous amount of health advice we're bombarded with.

I know all this. But I have had a carb and sugar addiction all my life. I have tried eating better, but my craving always comes back and I binge. I'm generally food obsessed, and I like being stuffed. yeah, this is why I have a weight problem. I work out everyday. I still can't control my cravings, especially at night. Right now I want a second dinner. I want donuts. I want caramel. How does one become less food obsessed? I do have other things in life but nothing gives me as much pleasure as eating. I live to eat, rather than seeing food as necessity I see it as everything. I'm not even sure I want to change that, maybe only when I struggle to fit in a dress.

Actually. I don't eat in mc donald since. maybe 8 years ago. Because one time in my eat I find a haind STUCK inside the meat. So. NOP. But when I am in my period it's terrible. I need sugar. A LOT of sugar. And I eat, a lot of cakes, chocolates etc in this time.
But now I am using flavors. drop flavor etc. And when I need this sugar lol lol lol I take the flavor chocolate and my body is like OH YEAH YEAH YEAH And I stay nive and strong J JEJEJEJEJE

Good evening Cassie. Great video and advices on healthy foods, I do eat things are healthy, I do feel great everyday vs eating junk foods as meals obviously make me feel tired, sleepy and so on. Occassionally Ill eat junk food but I only take small handful of better choices for my health was like Ill choose veggies over chips, if I do want to eat chips, Ill choose popcorns and pretzels better choice

-Beans
-Almonds
Take longer to digest
Uses energy/calories to digest
Foods to speed up metabolism:
- Green tea
- Cayenne Pepper
- Vinegar
- Eggs
- Meat
- Fish
Fun fact: When you burn fat, it comes out as sweat, pee, or your breath
Exercise! Muscles helps burn fat without you doing anything

I have a slightly serious question about this.
The first thing she mentions about the blood sugar. does that count when u usually have way too less? Especially during the morning. Like. to the point where the doctors tell u to eat a small piece of chocolate. I don't know why but mine is always increadibly low which is why I often get myself a cocoa after I get out of bed.

Hi Cassie! Your videos are amazing! I've been trying to get fit and they really are the first workout videos that i have only done once and i'm excited to do them again tomorrow. Plz answer this queshtion can you eat al least 2 times a week for dinner? Because sense i have a family of 4 the food gets wasted and eaten fast. Mostly because you know not me though i do not eat that much the only times i actually can eat a good amount is during dinner.

Also, after a sugar spike, you have a sugar crash which kicks your body into starvation mode, which makes it store fat even more, because it doesn't know what your next meal will come and it doesn't know how to ride that low out any other way.
