Dear Future Grass, I'm not a big of a fan when it comes to this video. I still get a booty burn and a smaller burn on my outer thighs which is great and all but I did not enjoy this video. Specifically the moves. In and outs hurt my hip flexors. And the leg circles were a little much but more bearable. I diffidently quitted during the in and outs.
On the other hand, I really did like everything else about this video! The kind message and the aesthetics are amazing!
Ok, well, gotta go!

10/7/20 damn this was a hard day especially after the last one. Im so glad that I found these calander workouts because I finally feel like Im gettin the results Ive wanted without having to sacrifice anything. Now when I look at my body I look for the muscles and I feel muscles. Sure theres a layer of fat between my muscles but thats completely normal, its how our bodies are made, but now Im willing to accept my body for everything that it is! Thank you!

I don't have the strength to keep my leg lifted while on my hand and knee like in the video for the last segment. Is an ok modification to do it lying on my side like in the old school beginner videos? I still feel it in my butt and thighs, but I can at least do the moves for the duration of the video. Or is it better to do the form Cassie uses and only be able to do a few of each moves with correct form?

I have never felt the burn/ pain in my glutes like I do with leg circles. I really struggle through them which lets me know I am activating a muscle I really never workout. I take breaks, but I know it'll get better! If you feel like your body cannot do this one at first, don't give up. You just gotta keep trying.

with the leg outs i couldn't keep my knees together and my hip flexors hurt so much i feel like i can't do the move because of how my hips are built same with leg circles to the side i can't put my leg up so high because my hips are placed really high because i have such long legs: (

As I just started with the first proper calendar this month, last 2 months beginners calendar, I actually dont stop most of the time, I just remembered for example that you were doing leg circles when lying down. Then I just switch to that if I cant find balance etc.

I struggle with leg outs (and any exercise which involves sitting on the tailbone, really) due to a sharp pain in my right hip. I don't experience it at any other times, so am I doing the exercise wrong or is there some other solution I need to look into?

First time doing this one. This is the hardest video for me since I started doing the full calender. I will keep this here so I can look back when this video shows up again in the calender and I will be more stronger then

Cassey, I really admire u. Idkw how u do soooo many circles. But the last ex my the other butt felt it more than the one working. couldn't even walk after. my butt was like a rock. Thx for the video
