Hi, Cassey! I love your videos and how specific they are. I love being able to target really specific muscle groups! Ive been having trouble with obliques, because I've never been good or confident with side planks. They've always been really hard for me, so I think I'm doing them incorrectly. Could you do a fundamentals video for oblique moves like side planks? That would really help me be able to do your awesome oblique videos. Thanks!

I don't feel the first move in my obliques at all, no matter what I do. I tried changing my position a little bit, pushing up my hips higher, tightening my abs and nothing worked. My arms hurt like hell after a few seconds, but the rest of my body is just chillin'. Does anyone know a solution?

cassey, thank you (so much) for this video, really, i love it, but i truly think we need an extreme obliques 2. after all, we have to challenge ourselves, as you always tell us, so. WHO'S READY FOR EXTREME OBLIQUES 2? c'mon dont be shy

I have been doing this one for years. Out of all the abs/obliques workouts from her that I do, this is the one that NEVER fails to make me ache the next day. Love it! Would love it to have a part two!

I always have trouble doing side planks because they cause pain in my shoulder. Any advice on how to alleviate that? It seems like I have everything in the correct place, but it's still hurting.

PSA: Don't do this workout immediately after an arm workout. I did the blogilates Angel Arms workout and couldn't hold myself up in side plank omg. Do this workout first before any arm ones lmao.

I think this second excercise is my favourite so far! :D It's both engaging and kind of fun? Not really into planks, so this swinging excercise is something I feel right in my waist.
