REVIEW: I am on my 2nd week of the 2nd month of these monthly calenders. I noticed a difference after about two weeks - honestly. Slight, but enough to motivate me. Now I feel stronger & my stamina has definitely increased. I don't always follow the workouts exactly as I'm not that fit. But the calendars themselves encourage me & remind me to try to be better. I have a BMI of 20. 9 and I am about 23% fat & apparently 35% muscle - according to my scales! But I've never been fit. I mostly feel terrible about my body even though I understand others might be envious of it, it has always been an enemy of mine, but I always appreciate my physical health & doing these routines helps me concentrate on the functionality of my physical body so I can quieten those voices, both internally & externally, that are so cruel about the way we LOOK. It is worth starting these calenders today. For yourself.

My friend doesnt understand how I can do so many of these whether I am catching up on any days I have missed or knowing what it is Im doing and thinks Im crazy and my physical therapist even discouraged it too but I showed myself through the therapy I could what they needed me to do with good form and more They said they could tell I was doing something right and was Pilates or yoga I said a lot of it was from doing Pop Pilates all these years Three of my friends are hooked on your videos now too as a result of plus more Im always careful with eagle crunch with bad tendinitis in my knee but do what I can and keep surprising myself every day with how much more I can do I couldnt keep my knee up on the last one but other than that I made it all the way through without having to hold onto anything I am getting so much stronger cause of you and would love to thank you so much

Anyone else just finished the June Calendar? OMG I can't believe that I actually stuck to it for a whole month. I am a kinda 10 day routine max, but with this and the different routines each day actually make me feel excited about exercising daily as didn't know what I would be doing! Look forward to July's calendar. Happy Summer

When I first did this video a few months ago it was SO HARD! I must have stopped like 20 times. But today, I was able to do it for the first time with no breaks! I started working out consistently when quarantine started because of blogilates and I feel like I've made so much progress now

28th of April, 2020: did this as the last video from todays calendar and I might be traumatized by all those leg circles and grasshoppers, especially as she made us do 3 minutes of grasshoppers yesterday and leg circles yesterday, too.

Probably the only one that likes this one I actally dont mind switching back and forth Becuase That gives the other side a break lol. So glad im done for today cuz my butt, Inner, some outer thighs are so sore from today

You can tell this is an older blogilates video - if this would be released 2021, Cassey would call this beginners booty - not brutal booty! Also she would make you do one side without any breaks before moving on to the next one!

i remember when i did this workout for the first time i felt like dying and couldnt do the exercises properly and now im back and i can do them now! thank you cassey for motivating me to workout everyday before school
