2nd comment (must be the endorphin high. I am a yogi thru and thru, but i also do marathons and half marathons, so this is so amazing for me to keep my muscles in shape and in check. Ive got a dumb bell lying around somewhere with some 3 pound hand weights, Weight lifting isnt really my thing so your pilates blogilates is PERFECT for me! My muscles love it, and i love how fun and challenging this routine is! I love workouts like this where you get alot of bang for your buck!

Doing this for the very first time because of the December 2020 calendar, and wow, omg it actually startled me to NOT hear Cassey's farewell and outro music I forgot it was a DVD special and nearly fell out of the back bend I was doing after the last move finished and the video just cut to the end. It's just so super weird not hearing her say goodbye lol almost unsettling!

The videos r excellent. But what most of ths fitness instructors do is, just keep rushing from one exercise to the othr, dnt understand thy r pro at thr work coz thy do so regularly. Its important to slowdwn n connect the body wth d exercise rathr than speedying up to match thr pace n tempo. Fr beginners its difficult n thy can even hurt thmselves.

It has been legit 5 years since I've had a spacious enough floor to do these kinds of workouts on, but after coming back to you now that I have my own apartment and a creaky knee, I realize I forgot how INTENSE your workouts are. And how much strength I've lost. X But I'll keep at it, you don't play around Cassie, and that's why I love you. _

i haven't worked out in a month or so but i will finish this work out. i feel like my muscles aren't that strong to keep the perfect shape so im just going to slow down and try to master the form rather than pushing through the workout and start flopping on the floor lol Form is very important.

11/30/2020: Felt so good after a whole day of sitting / zoom class. My body is adapting the scheduled calendar as if it was asking to exercise. It's becoming a solid habit again. So happy to get there. This one was a real mix of all the moves I hate, yet I challenged it succesfully! Loved it!

I started this pilates workout on 2017 and ever since i never stop same video and same exercise. I found what works for me effectively pilates and jump rope and some days for yoga for flexibiltgy and that kept my shape. My weight has being constant ever since.

Whoa. New to Pilates, this looks like some gentle princess gentle shit, Im used to doing HIIT workouts with shredded monsters, I can handle this. Me during the workout: omg how is she doing this! And so cheerful and beautiful about it. My new fitness guru.

Well that hits all the areas! Well done Cassey, soo enjoyed it and sooo pleased that I could actually do the roll over without my hands helping me, although if honest do put a lot of pressure into them to help me go over!
