So My husband and I are currently separated due to border closures, I was going to join him in NZ in March, but ja 2020 happened. Getting to the point my hubby hasn't seen me other than facetiming since Jan2020 and since then I have lost over 20 kg's and lost most of the jiggly parts of my body. I am currently the fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life and that is because of people like you Cassey that made it possible and encouraged me. During this journey, I have followed a few different fitness influencers, but you are by far my favourite and pushed me the most. Well, my husband sure has a bit of a surprise when we are reunited.

Ok, so it's not easy for me but I've been doing your stretches for a while now and decided to work out with this video today. I've had a spine surgery some time ago and haven't been able to have as much control of my body as I used to - I lost my flexibility and strength. Today, I was finally able to stretch my legs up in a perfect straight line and I've never been this happy about what my body can do. This is a small step, but a very needed one. Thank you, Cassey, for helping me feel more in-touch with my body and myself.

This was always one of my favorite videos when I first discovered Cassey. It was really cool to come back to it all this time later and crush it. I did get a little bit stronger!
Also, that music at the beginning went so hard, loved it. This whole vid was perfectly timed and synced up with all the moves and body transitions. You can literally feel the time, love and power put into it.
I love you girl, thank you for being alive on this planet at the same time as all of us. What a gift!

Ok. Just saying I'm doing the new beginner's calendar, and I tried doing this workout yesterday and it killed, so I stopped after 15 minutes and did the next 15 minutes today. I couldn't even do all of the moves, but I tried! It's taking me more than 28 days to complete the calendar but I'm trying to tell myself it's OK, as long as I don't give up: )

Is anyone here from the January 2021 Challenge (and after completing the 21 Day Tone?
Edit: 2 consecutive ab workouts is killer but I had an easier time doing this one than January 25th's (Extreme Abs, 25 minutes) workout. How about everyone else?

After doing the 21 Day Challenge and then the 2 days after it on the January calendar, I realize I need completely different moves to stay motivated. I'm loving this one and the total abs! Can't wait to try all the other workout videos!

this is incredible. im seeing insane results in literally a week flat. i have gained a dump tuck and thicker thighs, and i was just plain skinny before but i now have line abs. thank you cassy!
