This woman is severely overworked and doesn't know how to take it easy at all. For a healthy body and mind, you need to allow your body to rest and grow at its own pace. The kind of lifestyle she endorses, counting calories and keeping track of all possible numbers in a highly unrealistic way to live and a terrible example for young girls. She is breeding a toxic depiction of what health looks like and I sincerely hope more people realise that and don't buy into the mindless jargon she passes off as motivation and merch.

This is such a fun series! You're so cute in this video, and all the graphics/sound effects just adds to the magic of it all! You're so extra with the wheel, but also I thought, of course Cassey would buy it. xD The wheel definitely puts a new spin (pun intended LOL) on the workout! Would love to see a part 2 since we didn't get to do much of the other moves. Looking forward to the rest of the princess-themed workouts!

Aaaah Cassey I love this! I had so much fun during this workout! I absolutely love the creativity and the humor you put into this video, makes it so much easier to get through the workout. Also, you look so good in that yellow, damn. And I loved the fact that you didn't know which moves we were going to either, made me feel like we were working out together even more: )

2. LeFou Lunge Hops
3. Chip's Chair

To be honest, I think you should do Rapunzel or Ariel next. You can do leg moves for Ariel since she had to work for them and some arm moves for Rapunzel because she had to use those arms to pull mother Gothel up to the tower. I'd also like to see some cardio moves for Pocahontas or Merida since they're both very athletic.

Any chance you could do a longer video? I was looking forward to the other moves! Even though they are just names on normal moves this makes it a lot more fun. Trick me into doing more! I also got to say, LOVE the yellow kit you got going! It's half the reason I chose to throw this video in my routine today XD

I put all the moves into a random wheel app so it will be different every time this workout is on the calendar! Today I got:
1. Gaston Geckos
2. Beauty's Butt Kickers
3. Beast Burpees
4. Grey Stuff Glute Bridges
5. Reverse Rose Crunches
6. Lumiere Leg Lifts
7. Lefou Lunge Hops

I know you posted this and Ariel's Abs about a year ago now, but I just found these and LOVE them! Thank you and hope to see more. Favorite Disney princess is Pocahontas, same disclaimer as you said here, although I kind of just love Disney movies so it's hard to decide sometimes.

I died during this workout! My favorite Disney princess would be Belle because she loved the Beast for who he was in the inside. Second would be Rapunzel because of her curiosity and the I see the light scene is beautiful!
