OMG! I had the BEST time training my abs with Brie Larson! Yes. THE CAPTAIN MARVEL. Here was the 10x10 ab workout I decided to challenge her with: 10 different ab exercises, ten repetitions in each exercise, and NO equipment at all! Roll Ups Double Leg Lifts V-Ups Star Abs Single Leg Lift - Right Single Leg Lift - Left Corkscrew Rollovers Double Leg Lifts Eagle Crunch Yes it burned. but I put on my tough face to keep up with Captain Marvel. Im not a fan of Bries acting and the fact that she said middle aged white men (literally Marvels original audience before it was cool) arent allowed to watch the movie she acted (rather badly in Samuel L. Jackson, hes a funny guy when he tries to be but like the later Nick Fury isnt supposed to be funny, and the cat made the movie oh and of course I love Phil) in is dumb, thats the day that I lost respect for her. I feel bad for men that are all put down by feminists

Casey, please dont include this as part of the workout calendar. The video has so many ads for a less than 15 min video. I understand Sir George is your dog but he was distracting. Between you and Brie taking breaks and talking during the workout. It was such a waste of time. I came here to work out and I have limited time to do so. I enjoy all your videos and if I wanted to watch an interview, I would have, but thats not what this is supposed to be.

I'm really sad that there was 3 ads in here. Sometimes I only have 15 mins before i need to shower and run out the door. :/ I understand two ads but three plus is frustrating and it interrupts you in the middle of challenging moves and I am trying to push myself

What makes me so happy is the fact that Brie looks like a normal person working out. Modifying things, has the double chin going in some moves, and has that sweat shining on her face and her eyes squinting in the sunlight. It's so normal it makes me smile

I'm exactly like Brie when it comes to deserts! I don't like sweet food that much, but CHIPS, OMG! :P And I'm also like her when it comes to not being able to keep the legs straight during those moves. Even though I work on that almost every day. :/

This was awesome! I actually hung several posters in my workout area, including Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel as a reminder of why I'm working out - to be strong! So having Captain Marvel with Cassie is like the ultimate mashup. :)

Can we get a STANDING abs workout? Laying down on my back + a lot of the repetitive up/down motions really makes me dizzy. I've found I can only comfortably (but not too comfortably) do standing ab workouts. Like if you agree!

Hey Cassey! Whenever I'm doing rollovers I tend to always pull a muscle in my arm that hurts in my neck as well. It's like a sharp sudden pain but it goes away after stretching it. Any tips on how to avoid this?

You see how the host chick has a naturally bubbly personality. Ya Brie, that's what you don't have. and no, you can't prove to us anything different w/ this fake BS! We all know when the camera is off who you are!

My daughter is fuming that we didn't spot this video sooner. She could had had this in her workout rotation for the last 3 months.
Brie is a goddess we need more of her.
