Day 1: put my arms down a few times, palms getting tingly and numb. read the comments found them inspiring. will be working on it so hopefully i can carry heavy stuff with ease and improve my posture.
Day 2: hehe skipped a few days. becuz my thighs are hurting. and i wanna keep track of my 2 workouts together. only put down my arms once. at 8 min mark.
Day 3: number 6 killed me. hopefully i can do it fully one day without putting my arms down.
Day 4: did it without putting my arms down. posture shifting a lot. arms trembling. did it slower. good job to not putting my arms down.
Day 5: no. 6 Is still my hardest part. Fidgeting a lot.

I am 17 and I have a bad medical condition which means I can't' walk more than maybe 1/5 a mile and it's honestly incredibly painful so I don't really have the option of doing standing exercises.
This is the first time I've gathered up the courage to try something like this, something accessible to me. I hope I can see this through to the point that I can complete it without breaks.
25 January 2022 - 1st try / 1 break after Angel Arms / had to stop 1/4 way through Palms Back Pulses / Resumed into Triangle Pushes and decided I would probably not be able to so easily recover if I did any more abuse to my shoulders

This is a joke, toning doesnt actually exist, and unless you have never exercised before, you will never get sore. If your goal is to waste time, then yes, follow this. But otherwise, this video sucks. If you have time to speak without difficulty, then you are not pushing hard enough, and it will get you nowhere. The first exercise isnt for biceps either. Maybe thats why your arms are like that.

Okay guys, this is probably the hardest arm workout I have ever done but I have not seen progress with any other routine as quick as this.
On my 1st time doing it I literally put my hand down after every, if not in the middle of every exercice.
SECOND TIME DOING IT AND I ONLY PUT MY HANDS DOWN 3 TIMES?
It is unbelievable. Still wouldn't be able to talk through the pain like Cassey though

The workout is great, really. And not to be rude, but I hope there's less of talking, because girl, what happened to your breathing? As far as I know we need proper breathing too as we do it.
And one more thing, I hope you do your promotion by the end of the video because listening to it while working out is kind of annoying.
Anyways, that's just my thoughts, I hope u take it constructively.

it's my first day, even though it's a bit hard and my arms are shaking, it is sooo fun. i let my arms down and get back up again. i actually do it in front of a mirror so i know what my form looks like and to distract myself, so you guys should try doing it in front of a mirror. And although it's my first day i can already feel my arms toning up, so thank you Cassey

Complete misinformation. This will literally do nothing. If you want toned arms, you need more resistance to tear the muscle fibres, because that's how muscle is built. And no, weights won't make you look 'bulky' it would take you years of consistent training for that, especially for women as they have much lower testosterone than men.

Day 1: I'm shaking omg! I was only able to get to through the angel arms and everything before it.
Day 2: It hurts just typing this. I PUSHED THROUGH THE PALMS BACK PULSES AND FINISHED THE WORKOUT. I kept messing up on that fist one cause i have horrible coordination but i never put my arms down and im so proud of myself!

listen miss ma'am. i didn't put my arms down but my shoulders officially hate you. It was going all great and i was pushing straight through it. then the palm back pulses came up. im here like yeah great im doing it and i look at my arms they are not moving AT ALL. Just stuck in the air giving the room a thumbs down.

Oh my god this is my 4th time in row doing this and its the first time doing it without letting my arms down during the entire exercise wow! I expected it will hurt so much after i finish but it actually hurted only during the exercise and feeling super strong now that i finished.
