Today we are doing Ariel's abs workout! In my Belle's Beast Mode Bootcamp video, I asked you guys which Disney princess you'd want to work out with next and I'm soooooo happy most of you said Ariel! I had lots of fun coming up with the exercise names & picking out the perfect Ariel costume. Today, we're doing Ariel's quick ab workout with 7 moves, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Dear Future Grass, this video is literally soooo adorable! It's one of the many reasons why I love Cassey's workouts. She's been on this platform for years but continues to do really exciting concepts. I felt like an excited puppy or child when I watched her spin the spinner, waiting to see if we'd have to do more plank jacks or it'd be something different.

I love the spinning wheel concept! Adds some excitement and chance to the workout.
Please incorporate the wheel in more workouts! It makes it so fun!
Even if there's repeats, that's part of the experience! I mean doing plank jacks and earthquakes twice was definitely tough and not something we would do normally!

I had already decided not to work my abs but was so curious about the workout that I started playing it and then couldn't not do it! Your energy and enthusiasm is so encouraging and inspiring, Cassey! This workout was so creative and I enjoyed it like I always enjoy your workouts! Favourite Disney princess is Aurora as well

my favorite princess is mulan, I would really love to see how you incorporate martial arts into it (mulan's martial arts) I know it might not be your specialty but there's no harm in trying. anyway i haven't watched the live action because there's lots of hate towards it and I'm scared haha

I had to go against my socially inflicted toxic masculinity to click on this but wow am I happy I did. This ab workout was hard and just the right length too! Thank you Cassie youre a star. The wheel is great fun too and makes a satisfying clicking noise!

Theres something wrong with that wheel and like some other comments - do no repeats! That will fix the issue but I wouldnt do another one of these Disney workouts, too many stops and starts not to mention the repeats.

Funny how you mentioned that some of us prefer burpees to plank jacks! I did the plank jacks the first time, but the second time, I noped out, then remembered that comment. So I did burpees the second time!

Maybe try erasing the ones we've done that way we won't have to repeat them and we can get more variety. Just a suggestion! I still really enjoyed the workout. Thank you!

Quick question: are there any low-impact ab workouts someone with diastis recti can do? As in. planking puts a lot of pressure on the yet unrecovered muscles and such

Could you please do: Moanas Muscles ( Full Body Workout with Weights, a kickboxing or military inspired workout for Mulan, and Auroras Arms! Love you Cassey!
