AHHH I'm so mad at u. I'm doing the april calendar and my arms are KILLING ME after the 15 arm burnout. I thought the last one was going to be easy but YOU COME WITH THISSS! I have a love hate relationship with you right now. I know it will be worth it at the end but DAMN my arms stopped working in the middle of this video

edit: AYYEEEEE did itt, it wasn't that hard OTHER than those damn kneeling moves HOLY GUACAMOLE my arrrmmmmsss AND THAT BICEP PUSH LORDDDDDDDD. my goal next time i do this is to keep my arms up the entire time. it may take a few tries but ILL GET IT ONE DAYYY

Ok. Its definitely no good Idea to do this one after a 40 HIIT workout with multiple push ups and burpees. This really hurts I dont know if the water on the mat are my tears or my sweat but now I feel so strong!

Dear Future Grass, I feel that after doing level 3 arms about 3 times, this video is a RELIEF! However, it was pretty hard to resist taking extra breaks. Walking around as you do the workout helps.

This was the first workout of the 21 day tone challenge where I enjoyed it the most and at the end I was like wait it's over? haha I guess I like working out my arms then! Day 5 finished!

how does your arms feel - my arms shaking like crazy while trying to write a comment ahhah. Leaning angel arms were my favorite move! A total burn while feeling like a beautiful butterfly

Ok. Im not gonna lie. Stopping at the angel arms Ive done from the top of yesterdays workout to this for today! Calling it a win! My arms and whole body is dead!
