On the v-ups and the toe touches my back was hurting. Is there any tips for this exercises because ik I was doing something wrong?

What if you can't keep your legs in the air for toe touches and V's? Use a wall or something to keep them at the right angle?

Do I start doing 2 rounds of the whole workout when I don-t need to take any rests in between each exercise anymore?
