I really hate that instrumental that she plays for every video. It's so annoying. Really not a motivational exercise beat to listen to. I hope she starts to use different instrumentals that aren't so corny sounding. Also once she finds a new one to use I hope she at least changes the instrumental every few videos. She's been playing that same instrumental for every single video. It makes me not even want to watch the videos anymore or just turn my volume all the way down so I don't have to hear it. Not being a hater or a troll just speaking my mind and giving my opinion. Hopefully it will be used as constructive criticism. Her videos have great content just a sucky instrumental playing in the background

You always post such great and informative videos, and I am always learning new things from you. I will certainly let the air out of my stability ball like the way you had it. It looks a bit more challenging, and I am all for more challenges.
Thanks for sharing Kiwi. Is it a he or she? So ADORABLE! Coconut is smiling with approval. Happy Thanksgiving!

Cos we're in Melbourne we have been working from home since march. I thought I was going to EXPLODE recently cos I was hanging for the gym and hadn't managed to buy any weights over 10kg before the really hard lockdown. but I realised that I can't do a lot of the floorwork that I see you do. so perhaps going back to basics is a valuable lesson

Kiwi is a cutie patootie! I'm going to ease into this routine, as I've been pretty sedentary for the last two years. Thanks for the exercises!

Awesome video. I have a question, why do we use this ball for exercises? I mean is there any purpose of this ball? Just asking as i don't know.
