I'm disabled because of my back. Just watching you makes my back hurt but, I'm going to do it anyway. I'm the type of person who will put myself through agonizing pain to do what's necessary in irder to accomplish my goal. It's highly likely that i won't be able to do the entire 45 second reps, at least not at first but, I'll definitely do what i can.

It's fun to do this one until you can't anymore and make it a challenge to figure out what the next variation is gonna be. Today, I made it to diamonds. I do take an extra 30 seconds or so between reps. Finding the pace a little too high, here.

Your variation workouts are the shit works perfect for me I stopped bench press and got a weight vest and some resistance bands pushups just work better

Like is this normal when i dont feel anything in the chest just my arms are dead after the workout i dont get it

Idk why but i dont really feel my chest, my arms are killing me, is there anything i should fix in my form?
