His diet is actually pretty similar to keto. i actually do IF & keto and it change my life. i have pcos and worst obes problem couple years ago and IF with keto def change my life. lost 20kg of weight and now more active. eating real food has improve my hormone a lot and i manage to pregnant naturally despite of having pcos.

How many calories is that throughout the day and how much protein?
I am in the middle of my shredding phase at the moment and on 2, 000 calories and 190g of protein. Still a few months away from my goal but just curious on how many calories you are on a day.

Ive found that breaking my workouts up into multiple mini workouts through out the day helps me alot, it helps with having time to do them, and I've noticed quicker results from it, but we all respond differently to different types of training

Those push-ups look hard on your elbows. hope you don't get arthritis in them later in life from over working them
