Thanks so much for this great video! It helps a lot. Is it better to use normal weights and do it for 4 rounds or should i take heavy weights and just do it for one round?

Great back and lats routine with dumbbells only - I extended the workout to very slow 75 sec bouts on each ex - works best for me with ectomorph physique

Is there any other exercise to do except for the first one? My dumbells are circular and they move like hell when I try to do it!

I think I did it wrong my arms hurt more than my back. . I guess I did a shoulder workout by accident
