Problem!
I can perform one arm pullup for two reps in a row, but when it comes to sets that to much.
I can do like 25+ pullups in a row, but when it comes to sets of 3x10, 1. 5 minute break with good form, I just get teird, my back gets really flex and unable to keep going.
Can you give some advise to get that number of sets up?

Awesome video. Just wondering how often you can safely train pull ups? Want to make sure I'm getting the most opportunity for progress without overtraining. Also wondering roughly how many sets is optimal at your current level and then at all the levels below. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike.

Level 11: No Arm Pull-ups; Pull yourself up without using your arms, literally flying. Once you do that 5 reps, then you're ready to establish a new religion.

Hey Chris, where did you purchase your pull up rig used in this video. I have been looking for a sturdy movable platform that can handle muscle ups.
Cheers
