Ive been seriously practicing the front lever exercises for 2 months now and I was able to hold it for 3 seconds which is some serious progression for me. Im still gonna be practicing to hold it for longer and perfect the form to a tea. I also do believe it is easier for me cause im a little more lean but have been working my arms out like crazy and working on abs and back as well. Cant wait to be able to hold it for 5 seconds with even better form. Once again thanks for insightful tutorial Chris, I wouldnt have made half as much progress if I didnt watch your video.

Hope this helps, I know sometime I skip through the video to get to the exercises so here's a list, btw highly suggest watching whole vid though.

I have a question: namely that I can't do the first two steps and some of the requirements, but I can do the third step (tucked frontlever hold) and the fourth step (hanging dead lifts. Should I do the others first, or start from there? Maybw u can give me tips. Would be very happy

Chris i came here to learn how to front lever but i realised how week i am i cant even do 10 pull ups and i cant L sit its a lot harder than i thought but its worth it and im ready for this journey today is the day: )

Chrisheria I gain also loose easy I-m honestly tired of the weight process I-m 36 can I still get close to been ripped I-m 145lb I can go down to 125 how I bulk up?

Hey Chris where do you get the bars you have? I wanna create a setup at home but dont see anything like what you have when I search for them

Is there a particular routine to train these? Like in a day, should I do l toes to bar, holds, and then upside down deadlifts three times?

i am doing full front lever drop idk if its called like that but nvm i hope u know what i mean and i hurt my back xDD
