Few of them are relatable but most of what you said is all just rambling. No offense I love your videos I just thought I could learn from this specific video but its like you-re in a lecture in a classroom that doesn-t with a professor who kept on talking that makes no sense. I wish there-s some clips on how do it properly like before and after clips.

About nutrition and the whole fact of going to the gym what if we don't have the time or the money and I work out at home with ten pound dumb bells I do thirty reps with everything I do other than my push ups and my forearm work outs

Im working out since september and i have no diet plan
September: 53 kg, 14% bf
Today: 64 kg, 10. 5% bf
