I finally found a routine that doesn't make me feel like I can't accomplish is or make me feel completely out of breath. Thank you, Cassey!
It also helps that I don't have to put weight on my injured wrist. It still hurts when I put pressure on it, even though it's been almost a year since it was injured. (stress injury, carpel tunnel syndrome)

She's got her script so well timed. I've watched this video a few times and on the arms part she yelled Come On! right when I was loosing steam. and when we went back to prayer pulses, I was like ugh and she says oh you thought we were done with these, nope! It startled me because it felt like she could really see my reactions lol

so yesterday i underwent a medical procedure and was told to limit physical activity, but as a popster and a ballerina, it was really hard for me! today i just did a cardio warmup and this video and i feel SO much better! i love how you literally have a video for anyone, ranging in levels, time, intesity and types!

Anyone who can help me? Why can i not feel the burn in my glutes when doing the clamshell, the bridge and the front circles? Please help! I have a hard time with getting the burn in my glutes and i do not know why: ( Especially when doing the bridges, my back HURTS

Best music selection and volume level I heard from any of your videos. Hope you can continue to keep the music selection pumped, it really helps get me motivated to last through the workout. Have always loved your workouts but happy to see the music is on par now.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this video! i've come back to it so many times because I love that the routines are connected with music. I've even had friends do this video with me on zoom. Can we please get more pop pilates workout videos with current songs?

Hi Cassey, not sure if this applies to anyone except me but I noticed that there are mid rolls ads on this video. Super fun workout but it was a bit disruptive to have ads interrupting the flow every few minutes! Love ur work bestie

My husband and I did this today. He thought pilates was the same as yoga. Lol he really liked this workout! I'm looking forward to having a more toned figure. :) here's to working hard to get under 200lbs by the end of the year.

When I started working a full time job, I struggled to find a routine to fit in my schedule until this video. 5 times a week and Im already noticing results. And I have more energy and I feel happier. Thanks Cassey!

This is my go to workout - especially when I don't feel like working out - I hear the songs and I'm like - yep let's do it. Is it possible to get this one put on the app, so I can tick if off of course hahah?
