This one burns, but so effective. I started doing Cassey's 10 minute arm toner with 2kg dumbbells each, and then moving on to this one. Doing it consistently 5-7 times a week (almost everyday because there are days I just give up with life. And now I can do this whole workout with 4kg dumbbells no break, my shoulders, traps, biceps, triceps are more defined. I started because I wanted to look nice for the wedding but stayed for the gains! You are a life changer, Cassey. Keep it up becuz these videos made my Quarantone!

I Love this workout! I appreciated that you mentioned during Prayer pulse that you should do the best you can b/c sometimes your anatomy is different/physically possible etc. I can only move my left arm b/c of a disability and its just nice to have someone recognize/mention that not everyone can do the exact movements. I try my best and make modifications when needed during your workouts so, ex if its a move like pushups I do sit ups instead.

Who else is here for September 2020 calendar workout? Omg. this truly killed me with 6kg dumbells! I had to put my dumbells down halfway through, especially after doing the previous 2 workouts in the calendar
Thank you so much for this workout cassie I've been looking for a workout like this in ages to work the chest real good! Loved it and need to repeat so I can complete with my dumbells in my hands the whole way through

I know the wine bottles are cute, but I just did this with some dumbbells (and cans) and it IS legit. I feel out of exercises when life, work, and the world got me really depressed and I have been more sedentary in these past few months than I've ever been. Time to fix that for my physical and mental health. This was the perfect amount of challenging and uplifting.

These workouts have saved me since I broke my foot in 2019, which turned out to be great practice for being stuck at home during a pandemic. I love the creative workouts (this is the first time I've not gotten bored with workouts, and I can see the progress I've made in my body, strength and endurance. And STILL, I cannot believe what a machine you are! #inspiration

First time I did this I had to pause multiple times during some exercises and often couldnt met her tempo. But after 4-5 sessions of this workout I now can do it without a extra pauses and even often met her tempo. So stay motivated and go on doing the workouts even if it feels like hell during the first times: )

I can't believe I managed to do it! You're so encouraging! Thank you so much. I used my water bottles that were almost full and I was scared every second cause I thought I was going to drop one of them. Those were steel bottles and super heavy. I do feel sweaty and strong. And yeah my arms feel so light right now.

I appreciate the amount of reps that Cassey can do but I learned a while back that quality is better than quantity. If u cannot follow her exact reps as she goes, thats totally normal. Less reps in proper form are way more efficient and are less likely to cause an injury. Go at your own pace

Hi! Hey I just wanted to ask one simple question, if I have been doing different set of exercises for two - three months approximately, can I change into a new set of exercises all of a sudden?
