To develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train from abs a whole range of perspectives. You see, the core is generally made up of four key components. Namely - the rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs, obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs. The obliques are an absolute must when it comes to developing an aesthetic physique. If your goal is to attain the V tapered look, there-s no way around training them. The obliques are a multifunctional muscle, they act to pull the chest downwards and compress the abdominal cavity, as well as performing side bending and opposing side rotation. The most overlooked core muscle is the serratus anterior, which is a muscle that originates on your upper rib cage and attaches all the way back in the shoulder blade. The serratus helps to frame out your abs, obliques and lower pecs. It's also pivotal for tapering in your torso and giving you an even sharper looking set of abs. That-s why exercise variance is so important. To avoid your workouts from becoming stale it-s best to incorporate a wide range of exercises that will target every angle of your core and will also test your limits! When it comes to your nutrition, forthose of you that are under the assumption that abs are made in the kitchen, I-ve got some news for you - that-s not exactly true. A more accurate description would be: -Abs are made in the gym and Revealed in the Kitchen-. While your diet is extremely important for a well defined and balanced set of abs, it is not solely responsible for them

Would you recommend eating peanut butter for abs? I do workout 3 days a week pretty hard I used to go for 5 but I noticed my body is even better when I go less, Because I notice when I eat peanut butter I gain weight faster, I cut out meat months ago I still eat certain meats, mainly fish products, sometimes chicken or turkey but then again not much. I also drink a lot of water, and cut out sweets. My weight went from 185-150ish I-m guessing I had a good amount of body fat, I-m much leaner but still no abs. I know much of what I said wasn-t relevant I just want some advice. Thank you.

Fraser your videos are the best, I have abs after 10 min. everyday which is crazy. Check out abnormal beings monday-sunday workout video, b/c I think he had a good idea but it was too easy for me lol. Like workouts to do at home, I remember watching one of your workout video breakdowns throughout the week, and I use that split workout and it helps but I am relying on other peoples workout to fill in that schedule. But I am more calisthenics based, and it's hard for me to come across free available workouts since I'm broke lol

Could you do a 15-minute morning/evening workout? So we can get our 30 minutes of exercise by starting and ending our day in the best way possible!
