This mobility routine is designed to improve your posture and increase recovery by focusing on the most pivotal points in your body. Stretching does wonders for your body, but it also has a relaxing effect which is why it-s perfect for after your workouts. Stretching will also play a very important role in postural correction. When you have postural imbalances, it-s usually due to one or a few muscles being over active and therefore right, and a antagonistic muscle being weak. Therefore, improving your posture relies on strengthening these weaker muscles and releasing the tension of the tighter muscles. So if there-s one thing you could do right now to drastically improve your aesthetic it would be to focus on correcting your postural imbalances. Build a strong foundation and everything else will prosper

Ig im at skinny fat position rigjt now (I got around 13 to 14 BFP)
I have to lose more weight but Im afraid that instead ill lose my muscle mass, i've been working out for 1 month and some days, My arm muscle has grown, my legs too, my chest, my Abs still arent showing, when I touch my stomach I literally feel it as Rock solid, everyday Its getting stronger but the abs still arent showing

This was an awesome video! Just an idea, would you consider a small buffer period in between exercises/stretches for repositioning? I know we want to keep the intensity up, but even a three second buffer would be helpful to get into the next exercise!

Not saying this isnt a good mobility routine, but i do not understand how this is for improving posture. You didnt even have chin tucks or scapular retractions or pelvic tilts
