Day 7 of our 6 Week Shred Workout Plan - This 35 min epic quad and calves workout with dumbbells is a great way to start building strength in those legs and get you feeling the BURN. Get ready, because we are going to burn out the quads and calves in this 35 min dumbbell workout. For this quad workout with dumbbells you'll need a mat and a set of dumbbells - I'm using 30 lb dumbbells, but use what works best for YOU. In this quads and calves workout at home, if something isn't challenging enough, use heavier weights. If something is too challenging, use lighter weights. If you don't have a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells, do more reps if it's not challenging enough based on what you have. Also, if you don't have dumbbells at home, you can easily do these using bodyweight instead - or you can always get clever with thing around the house that double as dumbbells. Basically, make this quads and calf workout your own. Take this quads workout with dumbbells it at your own pace and listen to your body. The more you practice quads and calves workouts, the more endurance and strength you will build. Everyone is on their own personal fitness journey so don't ever compare yourself to what others are able to do, or not do - especially in this quads and calves workout. The only person you are in competition with is yourself, so be kind, patient, and proud that you are investing in your body + health. We will be working on some isometric movements, right and left side, so look out for some longer 45 second breaks between the right and left sides. Thank you for posting all these! I echo everyone else when I say this is incredible and I'm already mixing in several of your videos to my home workout and feeling results. Also, where did you get those shorts? I can never seem to find shorter ones like that in person, and it's hard to trust online without seeing them first. Thanks!

Doing this on my supposed rest day because I was out of town, feeling good to be all caught up and god my legs are on fire! Also was able to use 15s instead of 10s like I did last week when I first started the program! Already so much improvement!

I used to hate training my calves because of old injury in ankles and knees. Your creative moves in this video help me overcome the pain. I can do a lot of them. Thanks. Day 7 finished!

Ridiculous workout at per the usual! Thought the pulse goblet squats at the 60% mark were gonna be the worst of it. Until the pulse Bulgarians came. Thanks for the always great workouts Dan!

I moved from Chloe Ting to TiffxDan and doing the 6wk shred ( day 7, it's very very challenging for me and I am very happy that am able to survive the workouts!
