Found that one a real tester! I must admit I felt it really in my back the first ten minutes or so, so I swapped in high knees and mountain climbers for the swings and goblet squats, at various times in the workout maybe I shouldve reduced the weight for these? (Used 12. 5 kg)

I loved the workout but i dont want to constantly look at my phone. Why dont you say what workout is next so i can just focus on the movements? Otherwise killer chest, i barely used 15s and my chest is done
