done. when i saw finis. i thought finished. Then ended up the is finisher and i stopped after that as my dumbbells are round.
May i ask whats d difference between normal burpee and chest burpee?

You always inspires me, but for the moment i want to build up my muscles is it possible to lift weights and do the cardio/jogging
