Hi Dan,
Great workout once again! I spotted a small mistake, the opening title in this video says: Chest + Tricep instead of Back + Bicep.
Thanks for the effort you've put in, a real life saver for my home workouts!

At 0: 07 seconds, you say Chest and Triceps. Is that a typo?
Otherwise solid video, It would be nice to see a high intensity exercise in the middle as well to keep heart rate up and get that sweat on.

Great variety of exercises, love the fact biceps were mostly first! I have been loving these 30 min workouts! I have not been sore like this in months, so glad to be back to these awesome home workouts. Thanks!

This was Awesome, Even Though I'm Fasting I wouldn't recommend it unless you hydrate the night before and you're a Beast!
