Was going to do this last night but opted for pizza and a movie bc the family wanted that. But my son and I got this today. Those jack presses at the end were dangerously close to knocking me in the head due to tired arms. Great workout as usual.

Truly superb workout series DAN, really tough but great for body and mind and my day cant start until Ive been destroyed by one got out 6 week shred workouts. So grateful for you pulling these together, cheers

Are these types of workouts good for getting big and building muscle to get bigger or are these build and burn workouts good for people who are losing weight and building muscle?

Guys these workouts are not really good if you're looking for hyperthropy because of the high rep count. If you're looking to get a bigger body, work with 6-12 reps with heavy weights

Day 21- Full Body Drop sets - Done!
This was fun, not really intense, but still get its job, love the 23 minutes weighted hiit from yours that I did as add on too
