Another great ab workout. One of the things i love about these ab routunes are that they are short and can be pretty much done anywhere. I have been doing these before going for runs and the added definition and groeing strength in my core has been amazing! Keep up the great work as usual!

Wow, this is one of my favorite ab workouts. I like that it's 15 minutes.
As usual, you are the GOAT Dan! You're so right when you say in the description that abs are built in the kitchen! But these workout help give the definition.

Love your contents, Dan. I did almost every one of your abs. But I have to be honest with you, no a big fan of this type of music with lyrics. Its a bit distracting
