This 30 minute total body unilateral workouts has to be one of my all time favorites. Not only does time fly by, but working with a single dumbbell and side at a time allows you to get in a lot of high quality reps without burning out as fast compared to bilateral training. Unilateral exercises are single-leg or single-arm movements. The primary benefit of including unilateral exercises in your training programs is that the exerciser is using both sides of the body equally. Doing so helps you to avoid overtraining or overusing the dominant side, helps to isolate and correct muscle imbalances, improves balance, utilizes core muscles and aids in injury prevention. You don't need heavy weights for this workout (I'm using one 25 lb / 11 kg dumbbell. Feel free to increase or decrease the weight you are using to make it easier or more challenging. We'll also be using a yoga block for a couple of the exercises, however, you can just use your dumbbell or sometime similar if you don't have a block

most enjoyable and challanging wo from the 6 week shred II! well done Dan! even though I have arthritis in my left shoulder caused by an injury when I was born, your job is really motivating me. it would be nice to hear some thoughts from you before/after the workouts, or even do a separate video which is about you and Tiff, and your lifestyle. looking forward to it, and the next vids: )

Every single exercise in this session is unique and hold it's own importance and benefit but the hardest among all for me is
12: 20 Uneven Push Up R (Block)
13: 20 Uneven Push Up L (Block)
To all those people who are deprived from this exercise, i'm feeling so sorry for them. they are missing the best moments of their life. Lots of love and prayers to you sir Dan & mam Tiff

I love these workouts, but I need to give props to Tiff and Dan for their sleek house decoration. That white and brown is beautiful. And really gives a serene background to Dan's brutal workouts. Hehe Love it

Has anyone here done the 1st 6 week program? (thinking of doing it after this has finished) Apart from the length of the workouts have you noticed any differences between the 2? Thanks loads x

That was a tough finisher! Really enjoying the series, Im seeing and feeling good results. No idea how you do these with the fire on half the time though!

Those one armed burpees at the end was a finisher alright. I couldn't finish. I guess it's better than the one leg burpees. Enjoyed the different combos.
