We're back with another BUILD + BURN workout that will work your full body. This is a drop set dumbbell workout that will help you to build strength and tone your muscles at the same time. We'll start out with the upper body, move on to abs and core then hit the legs before ending with a killer finisher. Here's how this workout will go down: Each round is a tri-set with exercises that are the same or similar movements. For most of the workout, the 1st exercise in each round will use x2 dumbbells. Drop to x1 dumbbell for the 2nd exercise in the round. Drop to bodyweight only for the 3rd exercise in the round. Each exercise is 30 sec, so you'll complete all 3 exercises each round without rest, for a total of 90 seconds, before taking a 30 sec rest. Bring good energy, grab your water and a set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbells for reference. and let's get started! Day 28 Done. As always TIFF x DAN amazing, thanks for putting together such great workouts. Trying to get my wife into them but I will have to pick and choose some easy ones, are there any hahahhahaha

My wife and I do all of your HIIT workouts in our garage/gym. It is an activity we love to do together. Thank you so much for instructing us to be more fit and having a good time while doing it!

Great Saturday night workout before family movie night. Concentration Curls were brutal. Nothing like father son bonding time instead off shoveling the snow.

Been doubling up the exercises and doing every other day with a rest day between. The extra rest gives me more energy for the double workout

Thanks for a great workout. I burned 208 calories according to my Suunto Peak 9 as a 5'6 and 135 pound male.
