You are Omniscient sir. I was planning to cheat, i was about to take a break then cross punches came and after that those 30 seconds were the most precious moments of my life. they felt like a blessing from heaven. This beast mode workout is out of this world. Literally you set a bench mark which is impossible to touch. In your every workout video 99% of the exercises are always new except some basic exercises which are necessary for a strong and muscular body like yours. That's why you are my favorite coach and always will be. Once again thank you sir for this beautiful workout

I really thought I wasnt ready for this! But Ive been training for a few months before this by randomly selecting some of your 30-40 min exercises doing strength as well as HIIT. At 47 to be able to do this with just a few breaks goes to show that your 6 week shred can gradually build stamina. good work tiff & Dan!

Brutal. I was exhausted just watching it! Got through 80% on my first attempt. Aiming higher on my next go around of this EXCELLENT series. Thank you Dan (and Tiff!

I dont know if I killed it but certainly got killed. A step up from the interval workouts. Do this with a partner to keep going.
