Here's a trick I have learned after over 5 Million Miles flying (3. 3 Million on Delta. If you are someone who wants to add a bit more comfort to your flight without any additional effort you might consider this. Having an extra pillow can be handy (do you have only one pillow on your bed at home. Solution. Bring along an empty pillow case. If you're travelling with any kind of jacket - a down jacket if you are travelling to a chillier climate? - toss your jacket inside your pillowcase. With the single pillow you are provided you have to decide: should I use this pillow for my head? my back. Two pillows are more comfortable than one. Now if you are flying in the aft cabin (Premium Select, Comfort Plus or Main) and you are in a window seat, having a decent sized - self created - pillow to rest your head against the fuselage can really make a difference. I seem to be the only one who has thought of this (or does this) but if you think this idea can help make your flight more comfortable, give it a try? BTW. Santiago, Chile is a nice place to see (I've been to 62 countries around the world and I was surprised how much I enjoyed visiting Santiago)

Thanks for sharing that this is the Delta A330-300 very briefly at 1: 55 (literally one second. Delta has three A330 models which are all configured differently. The A330-300 you were on has a reverse herringbone configuration with direct aisle access for all business class passengers which you shared. The A330-900neo has Delta One Suites with sliding doors and more space and privacy and is the most modern. Then there is the A330-200 which has business seats that recline 180 degrees and offer premium meals and beverages (they don't recline fully. Unfortunately, I get the least comfortable seats as my flight in two weeks is on the older A330-200. I will have to find a review for my A330 but appreciate your review of food and service as that still applies.

I flew to Germany from Atlanta last week in Business. I have to say the service was impeccable. The food selection could have been better. The flight attendants were very attentive. I know you enjoyed the lounge in Atlanta, but I have to say it was a disappointment. It was crowded. The food selection was minimal. Premium drinks were an additional cost. Come on. Our flight had a Airbus A330 as well. I felt this ship needs to be retired.

You like Soth America? Then you should go to El Paisito (the Little Country) as we Uruguayans calll our small and beautiful country. Montevideo, the capital, Colonia del Sacramento and Punta del Este are not to be missed. There aren't that many airlines that go to Carrasco Internacional (MVD, but Copa has connections to Montevideo, via Panama City from many ciities in the USA, among a few others. You will not be disapointed!

I would advise you to go back to acting class 101. Your presentation became very tiresome with faux enthusiasm for almost everything - even the things you did not like. For the price one pays for tickets like this, everything should be 5-star, so please do not lead the viewer to believe that anything was worthy of that approbation. It was an average flight, let's face it, on a tired aircraft with tired facilities.

I really like how you go through your Jeb Score. You describe the reason for why it might be a 3 star or 5 star service, unlike just giving out numbers just because. I enjoy listening to your videos. No, South America is the only continent I havent been too. I hope some day I will get the opportunity. Thanks again for posting the video.

On top of great service, they care about their employees a lot, and it shows in their service because many of their employees feel like they matter when it comes to deltas brand. Fantastic company with a great product and a industry leading CEO. Cant go wrong with delta! (Can you tell I grew up the son of a employee)

Jeb, you HAVE to visit Rio de Janeiro. SUCH an amazing city with two pretty cool airports. Unfortunately, in my experience, flights into Rio are either really cheap or really expensive, especially with the limited offerings from the US. At the moment, United and AA are the only options. Still, it's a must-see!

I am giving to Ecuador with Delta in August. It is a beautiful country. One thing I hate about flying on Delta is their schedules to Latin America almost always involves flying overnight both ways. That way you dont get the whole D1 experience because youre sleeping most of the time.

Delta One on the 330 STILL has the older product; the IFE is so outdated EVEN on the newer A330's that are only about 6-7 years old. (sigh. I agree with you not he 764; the Delta One product is so much better.

I am pretty sure the Comfort Plus seats you showed at 9: 09 is actually Premium Select. Delta is slowly retrofitting the cabin on their non-neo A330s

I think it would be really nice if you included value and cost for these routes, especially when comparing carriers. Love the content.

Is it my imagination, or does every airline use their second-tier product for South America? BTW, your wife is lovely.
