One correction, when you leave St Pancras Station you are in the London Borough of Camden, not the City of London. If you walk south you will be in the City of Westminster. The City of London refers to the square mile around the Bank of England devoted to finance. The City of London is a medieval throwback that has its own local government and is legally separate from Greater London, which surrounds it. So London is one of the world's great cities, but only a tiny, separate part is called the City of London!

Thank you for your great video. I'm using the service next July with Business Premier tickets. Would you mind answering me these two quick questions? 1) Before going to the BP Lounge, how long did it take to pass immigration custom? Is there a fast lane for business premier passengers? 2) Are the overhead bin spacious enough to carry the same type of regular carry on luggage as you would on a plane? My carry on luggage always fit planes overhead bins, but I don't know about these trains. Thank you very much!

A few years ago under the Eurostar company operating licence, they had to submit full architectural plans for a new tunnel (the original one is only designed to last 100 years) - they brush off and submitted a plan from an original team to build the tunnel - The plan involved building two bridges leading to two Cayson towers with ramps spiralling up/down leading to a tunnel connecting the two - and this would be a road tunnel.

In 2019, after arriving in Dover, England by cruise ship, we hopped on the Eurostar from Ashford International Station heading to Disneyland Paris. That particular route only offered two classes, standard and premier standard, which is the one we chose. The service in premier standard was outstanding. I definitely recommend it when you don't have business premier as an option.

My family (wife, 2 teenage boys, me) travelled from London to Paris in February 2020 on Eurostar. What a great experience we had, both coming and going. Though we did not splurge for the business class tickets, the amenities were still superb. And it was so nice to end up IN the cities as our destination than at an airport miles away.
Great video!

Jeb, could I suggest a few ideas?
1)An updated baggage handler video(in light of all the troubles people had last summer globally)
2)A video dedicated to a London to Paris and back in 24 hrs. Is it possible?
3)Train travel with the UK and how to do it.
Your videos are so detailed and hope to see more as spring and summer approach!

i took the same trip this week from the UK to Paris and back again. First class experience. the food was great, the staff were very helpful, and they ride was extremely smooth. The top class fare is expensive, business class is less expensive but the best value for money.

For all the complaints I've heard about it, my wife and I regularly hop on the Eurostar to Paris simply because it is just so easy. It's still so strange to me that getting to Paris and back is legitimately easier than Manchester and back.
Cannot recommend enough.

I love Eurostar. I live 20 minutes from St. Pancras and just getting on train and travelling to the centre of a European city is just amazing. Being from an island, in Britain we always have to fly places. The train is so much easier.

Little note: you don't have all those checks if you travel to other European destinations, because are a part of the Schengen-zone (which means free travel, like how people travel between states in the US.

Did you have any problems with the language? I know basic French, but that train conductor's announcement seemed unintelligible. We love your beautiful style and class with your traveling. You are awesome!

I always wanted to take that train. I was in the UK when it was just getting started. Maybe when travel is normal again. I would like to see the Tour De France looks cool to go out to the country side.

I love how you've tried to add a little accent to Gare du Nord yet pronounced it all wrong.
The reason your carriage is empty is because it's a crass waste of time and money.

Now, this music is much (Around minute 1: 30-2: 30) better than the weird country stuff you sometimes choose. Thanks for another awesome video.

Plus all these trains don't need to wait for freight trains and are on time to the scheduled arrival time. Love the trains of Europe.

I'm surprised at how few passengers you had in your train. I heard they were crammed these days (and the ticket cost through the roof.

does someone check your tickets when you enter the coach? how can they ensure people who sit actually paid for business?

We took the Train to London from Paris but the tunnel didn't seem like 35 mins. More like 20. Never even noticed it.
