This was one of my favorite videos. We sailed on the Royal Clipper in 2002 for two weeks from Cannes France to Istanbul Turkey. The nets on the bow was my favorite napping spot. Our cabin was a little smaller than yours, but the trim and fittings was exactly the same. We had cabin 101. From what I could see from your video, the ship looked exactly the same as it did when we sailed 22 years ago. As on your voyage, the seas were mostly calm. One day while in port, the crew put up all the sales and gave us an opportunity to climb aboard a shuttle and do a photo trip around the ship so we could get shots from every angle. I loved that the ship was so accessible to explore. On one of the sea days my husband sat at the piano and played away, some passengers joined in and sang with him. Now I want to sail the Royal Clipper again. Another addition to my bucket list.

It was nice to see you and Suzanne explore something different. The intro of this video gave a travel tv show vibe, but it wasn't too obvious in comparison to the 12 train in 4 days video you created. It seems like you are trying to do something different for your videos.
Unfortunately, and once again, everything felt SO rushed! Scene after scene after scene came so quickly. Even the food. Lol. And that's something that definitely should not be rushed! I eventually had to stop watching the video. When a video is so rushed like that, it takes away the joy of watching it.
I enjoy watching your videos and the especially the ones from in the past. But I do not like the rushed videos.

Jeb I like seeing the transportation. But I would love to see more of the places you go to. To me it feels better showing where you have come to, so peeps can see what is there and go ok I want to go there and see all that to. Its nice seeing it through others eyes like yourself specially for peeps that may not be able to travel due to health or money issues. So please show more of where you go to. With my leg issues, I still want to go on a massive holiday trip to USA and do all or as much of the train journeys in USA and spend time at various places.

I was glad you two got to experience the ship under sail power alone, I didn't honestly think you would, regardless of how many knots of wind were blowing. I always guessed that those sorts of tourist tall ships probably never went anywhere without the engines on, and save people unfamiliar with sailing from the discomfort (or utter joy, depending on your perspective) of heeling over.
Also, I'm sure that someone/multiple folks have already commented, the disturbed water created by a vessel's propellers is called prop wash.

A gathering of angels
Appeared above my head
They sang to me this song of hope
And this is what they said
They said come sail away, come sail away
Come sail away with me, lads
Come sail away, come sail away
Come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away
Come sail away with me, baby
Come sail away, come sail away
Come sail away with me
I thought that they were angels
But to my surprise
We climbed aboard their starship
We headed for the skies

Am very curious do you book at the very last minute so that the weather is perfect for you or do you only film the good weather trips Great trip, so think they'd appreciate coming on board dressed as Capt. Jack Sparrow or perhaps Barbossa ; ) Those are sheets being a sailing ship rather than ropes. Many of the European ports are starting to ban large cruise ships so this small ship is welcomed unlike the 5000 passenger monster ships which may not be allowed.

My kind of cruise. Small ship, not an army of passengers, and classic cruise food served in a dining room with large tables and filled with fellow passengers you’ve never met, and of course including the oh so classic baked Alaska on the last night of sailing. All accompanied by singing waiters and assistant waiters celebrating the countries of the passengers and crew. That’s like going back at least 40 years of cruising. What a blast to the past.

As always great video. I love to see bit of cities & your destinations. Enjoyed it may be want to put 2-3 minute segment per destination you visit in video along with transportation.
In this specific video, give you were in the middle of sea where they would have been no night polution, looking at some night sky footage would have been awesome. I was hoping you would have capture some footage of it. Overall great video.

This is fascinating. I think this is one of your best videos in the last 4 years I’ve been following you. The price breakdown is pretty fair compared to the usual Cruise BS. I would only do a 3 day because quarters are tight. The food seems ok. You didn’t dive into that much. The experience is what’s sets it above the cruise experience.

Great video, as always! You asked if you should do videos of your experiences outside the transportation - it would be enjoyable to see, but please do not let that takeaway from your enjoyment. I’ve noticed the more time I spend recording and thinking about what I need to record, the less I actually take in what I’m recording.

I love all your videos! Please do much more on the ground sites and food segments. Your Via rail trip in Canada inspired me to book a round-trip Prestige class trip from Toronto to Vancouver with 2 days in Vancouver next April. I watch your train videos many times. Please do more rail trips!

Please show us the places you visit! You once did it many years ago at a ski resort in the US and I LOVED it! You then asked if we would like to see more of these types of videos and I replied to that, but you never followed up on it. So yes; PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!

I've noticed Suzanne is way more relaxed these days, I guess being on a perpetual vacation has that effect, talk about living the life, well keep enjoying yourselves and sharing, cause it does tend to motivate us the viewers to get out there as well and partake. Javi G.

I appreciate that the USA is one of only three countries in the world not using the metric system but when you occasionally convert for the rest of the world please spell metre correctly. A meter is a measuring device, a metre is a measurement.

Jeb, this was one of your very best videos. I like the sail/explore format quite a bit, particularly at the pace of this video. I can't wait to book a trip on the Royal Clipper - I would not have considered it without your video.

You two are the best, you truly are. This is your first video that you made me cry. We wanted to go on this ship however due to my disability they just said it wouldn’t work. I would love for you to do more cruise videos.

Yes, I would like to see more of the areas you visit. Not necessarily the town that are regularly visited by travelers, but certainly ones likein today's video, where the locations are not typically visited by a lot of people.

I am disappointed in this video. Why didn't your or Suzzane get on the bow or the ship, extend your arms and say I am king of the world Or why didn't you say I see the Statute of Liberty. It is very small but I see it lol
