. yeah. guys lose weight, women gain muscle. The problem there is that by intelligence most women can kick a guys butt. now they can kick it physically, too. But seriously, the BIIIGGGG problem is like your appetite took a few days to kick in waaayyy back in Gee-orgia. now when you stop hiking you gotta STOP yourself from eating cuz you now arent doing the miles to work it off and if youre not careful you can wind up the Michelen man. or woman.

Been watching these back to back and it's amazing how you have matured along the way as a hiker. Gone is the large group with music, in is a tight bunch with goals to complete long days - very impressive transformation.
