Why Only Geniuses Appreciate the Integra Type R Will: To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand The Integra Type-R. The driving is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the driving experience will go over a typical drivers head. There's also Hondas nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these cars, to realise that they're not just fast- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Integra Type-Rs truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the driving characteristics and Hondas existential catchphrase Wubba Lubba Dub Dub, which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius wit unfolds itself on their dashboards. What fools. how I pity them. And yes, by the way, i DO have a Type-R tatto. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

I love donut, your content is great. But on bumper 2 bumper with Jeremiah it just doesnt feel as exciting as it does with James. Dont get me wrong, hes not doing a bad job by any means, hes actually really good. James just has this way of making me smile, and cant wait to listen to what he is going to say next Cant explain it, James is just really, really great in front of the camera. What about a bumper 2 bumper, WITH BOTH OF THEM HOSTING

Integra's are like, one of those uncles in your party that brings the beer. Daddy Civic knows what to bring, but Uncle Integra just wants a bit more flavor to the party, so you know, we have choice. Like, if Daddy Civic can bring 10, 6 packs of IPA, Uncle Integra is considerable and decided to bring 3 packs of Hard Lemonade, and Heineken.

I appreciate the Integra, always have since I got into Japanese Tuners. Sadly I doubt Honda would revive this car as the Accord coupe was discontinued and I rarely see new Civic coupes, more hatchbacks and sedans. This just adds to the car's value as it's turning into a future classic

That RealTime Racing Integra was in SCCA racing against the BMW 325I, probably one of the best rear wheel drive cars of that era with an I6 cylinder. Even against that, the Integras dominated the series to the point the BMW guys were begging for equalization against the Integra.

The Integra is under appreciated? Every single car guy or girl who grew up in the 90s has either owned one or has a friend who had one or spent hours driving one in gran turismo or lusted after one while driving their civic/accord coupe or prelude.

US market Acura's with 4 spoke wheel and ugly seats? In EU we had a better version with the Recaro, nice 3 spoke wheel and no A/C by default. Why does Japan always treat you so bad albeit you're so big for them? Kudos for the Honda ITR

I would say the dc5 would be a better car for this video. A lot of people already see this car as great. Also the host is very cringey. Just relax and have fun, you look and sound so nervous filming this silly car video.

I saw a guy with a White Integra, non R, in a parking lot over the summer of 2019. Older guy. I asked him how many miles. under 80k. The car was unmolested and said he always gets questions from the cool people. Word.

No joke, my grandma had one of these. White with a 5 speed. Lost compression in one cylinder, she offered it to me. I turned it down and bought a 16v Scirocco (hey, we all make mistakes)
