When This Happens, Get Rid of Your Car SadisticAngel: Scotty what is your take on the 1996 Buick Roadmaster Station wagon. I've got a line on one, and really want to bring it back to the UK with me in 4 years, so I can restore it as a project car, as I really liked the design of them. Not to mention it would be cool to have such an American car for my collection even though the cost of petrol would make driving it a bit harsh there. Still always wanted one.

If a vehicle is too old or garbage, I will get rid of it definitely. After going through or watching this video, I was suggesting myself to get a 2003 Chrysler 300M Special, because it is one of the best vehicles, that Chrysler has ever made, before Fiat merged in, several years later. I am also thinking to get a 2004 Volkswagen Passat W8 4Motion sedan as well, because it is also one of the best vehicles in the market. They are both fast and they are extremely rare and reliable. Finally, I would get the 2004 Volkswagen Passat W8 4Motion sedan over the 2003 Chrysler 300M Special, because it is all-wheel-drive (AWD, it has a 4 L V8 engine with 275 horsepower and it has the five-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift mode. The 2003 Chrysler 300M Special has the 3. 5 L V6 engine with 253 horsepower and it only has the four-speed automatic transmission, but it has manual-shift capability and it is only front-wheel-drive (FWD.

Hey Scotty, what is your opinion on the big 3/7 upgrades? All the videos I see always mention the upgrade in relation to installing an amplifier or alternator. I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4. 0l over 126k miles. I was thinking about doing the upgrade but I dont have an amplifier in my car. It's almost all stock. New battery and aftermarket radio. I don't have any problem with draw or charge. I just want to make the engine bay look nice. I'd like to know what you think. Should I make the upgrade or just clean up the factory wire harness?

Scott, I heard that direct fuel injection can over a period of time clog up the engine with carbon and have to be cleaned periodically, is this true? if so then it seem to me that most of the cars today is equipped with this type of injection. Toyota seem to be an exception until a couple of years ago when it start employing a twin injection system which consist of a port and direct injection in combination. I wonder if this twin system will also over a period of time clog up the engine?

I recently got a 2012 civic, my mechanic checked it out, and the only mechanical issue to report was the rear breaks were around 75% so no big deal there at the moment. No maintenance lights active, and seems to be running fine. Is there any basic list of things you would do on a used car with no maintenance history for example at least have the transmission filter changed?

Man, when my car got taken out by a strike only a few yards away I couldn't get Scotty's attention. Pretty sure EMP got it. Insurance totaled it out. Everything would bing and light like it should except the light for the shift selector would not show and so it would not start (couldn't tell you were in park. All fuses and relays were fine.

HEY SCOTTY, Did you hear almost 100 newer model Toyota Highlanders / 4runners etc. got Stolen off their owners' Driveways in the Ottawa Area, Canada. because the thieves used some sort of Amplifier to unlock the car / push button ignition and drive it away. Toyota's response? Wrap your Keys in TINFOIL. Jeezus. It's in the news (CBC.

I know what else will happen to your car, if you're stranded in the middle of nowhere in the dead of winter. To make matters worse you would have to wait for hours upon hours for help to come. Thankfully it has never happened to me or my twin brother at least not yet because we have been driving by ourselves for 3 months.
