If You Modify This Type of Car You\'re Stupid Giovanni: Thank you for all the information you share. Sure many of the cars you talk about aren't available in my country but many of those cars you infer are piles of junk aren't sold here in New Zealand (surprise, surprise) but you are still entertaining to listen to - some of your words of wisdom filter through to my noggin

Tire pressure monitor fix (for cheapos)1. Take car to walmart. They will charge you minimal labor 10/free to tell you which sensor is bad (unless you have a cheap knock off sensor)2. Have them remove it, or try to remove the tire and the sensor yourself. Usually bolts on. 3. They usually have a flat battery that's like 1-5. Something like a cr2025. Sometimes the case is designed to be pried off easy, smetimes you gotta do surgery. The battery is usually the only thing that needs replacement. Have a solder gun handy, or like me, duct tape. Sometimes there are electrical leads to the battery, sometimes the battery is just inserted like your average flashlight or remote. Get that replaced and wrapped up. 4. Bring that back to Walmart just to make sure that it is getting read by their scanner and either have them put it in or5. You put it in. Problem solved

TPMS cost savings strategy to pay 300 instead of 800: Call the popular local discount tire store and ask for pricing to replace all the sensors (because they usually have dying batteries. I was quoted 89 each for their brand, or 24. 95 each if I bought 5 Denso TMPS sensors (4 plus the spare) from Rock Auto that cost 35 each. That costs 60 per tire. The phone call strategy also saved me 100 on a new lifetime warranty radiator just by shopping around and calling three auto parts stores.

Great videos Scotty. I used to drive up them big hills, mountains, and would open my windows and turn the heater on high to reduce the temperature a great deal to keep from over heating the motor. This trick also works when the engine temperature gets really high and you want to reduce engine damage. Hope that helps.

This is exactly what I have been telling kids who mod their cars. You have to do constant maintenance on it and it will affect the longevity of your car. It was not engineered to be driven that way. Adding a turbo just puts more pressure on your engine and your suspension unless it's from factory.

My indie garage replaced a single front brake caliper once. But these guys are extremely experienced, and they have a quiet road right by the shop to test things out, I love these guys, they don't spend a cent of mine that they don't have to, and keep my car very reliable and safe.

Hey quick question for Scotty or whoever wants to throw their two cents in. Are 2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustang's still worth it? I've been looking at some that have around 40, 000 miles for around 15, 000. I personally love the model but is that realistically too much?

Scotty, I'm interested in an '08 Lexus SC 430 with about 80k miles on it. I'm wondering if it'll be a great weekend car to take out on daytrips and concerts in town. My work car is a '12 Buick LaCrosse, are there any quirks on maintenance I need to know about?

I put a supercharger on my 88 IROC when it was new trans. broke, Chevy replaced it under warranty. Ended up converting to T56 6speed trans like one used in Vipers back then (early 90s)Centerforce had to build a one-off Kevlar clutch for it to hold the power.
