The Best Engine Oil for Your Car #01 My 1989 Buick is an every day driver I drove it on a 550 mile round trip a week ago. I love cruising America in old cars. I do the maintenance and run synthetic oil and I've never had a serious breakdown. The Buick just rolled 190, 000 miles, it doesn't smoke, uses just a little oil (not leaking it. I replaced the fuel injectors today just as a precaution and she purrs like a kitten and runs like a dream

Hey Scotty, love following you from Egypt. I would love to know what do you think about buying a used 2011Avalon with 100K miles in 2020? It's for one of my friends in Toronto. Goes for about 14K CAD. Is it as reliable and cheap to maintain as Camry or Corolla despite its luxury, or is it comparable to Lexus in maintenance cost?

In the future, when cleaning the throttle body, you do not want to move the throttle butterfly by hand, if you wanna clean the throttle body put the car on a flat surface, put the car in DRIVE, with the key in the ON position, ENGINE OFF floor the gas pedal and it should open the throttle body.

Mobil 1, Enos and Pennzoil is the best out there. Castrol is garbage and not good on your vehicle because it screw up on my new vehicle and never again uses Castrol on any of my vehicle. After I used Mobil 1, Enos or Pennzoil never have a problem for me but Castrol always giving me problem.

The best oil for your car is whatever you use as long it's changed every 3, 000 to 5, 000 miles. Car manufacturers want owners to use really long change intervals to increase the chance of engine damage, thereby forcing people to buy a new car sooner.

Anytime you can dump a Jeep for a Camray your way ahead. Just watch out of youre the sticks with winter. Not much ground clearance. Also on trade in. try to find a big dealer that sells JEEP & TOYOTA. HOpefully theyll give you a better trade in

Its whatever the manufacturer specs are, dont just put whatever in your car most European cars and some domestic cars have a very limited choice of oil you can use according to the warranty and in fact normal synthetic oil might not be good enough

The price of barrel of oil futures appears to be falling to record lows possibly to early 1970s prices. Do you think that electric and hybrid cars are done for and car companies will revert back to gasoline investment technology and research?

I drove on the Autobahn over 240kph to the Nurburgring, the drive there was unrestricted almost the entire way so I went flatout for at least 1hr & it meant I lost 1litre of engine oil even though the car is low mileage & leak free.
