HUGE K-Pop VIP Services & Corruption Scandal, 737 Max 8 Ban, Flat Earth Idiocy, & Venezuela Lulu: As a huge Kpop fan, I've been following this scandal ever since it came out, supposedly everything started before Burning Sun, with another club back in 2016. Also, the texts that are shown come from the phone of Jung Joon-young, who took his phone to a company to recover some data he had lost, the person that did the job found the texts, videos, and photos and took them to some high profile lawyer, then they were submitted to the police. JJY said, at first that he didn't regret anything and if you read the texts they're borderline sociopath. completely disgusting, he has now issued an official apology saying he would work to clear all the chargers. This is bigger than Kpop though, a lot of people online are making fun of this, when clearly it is not okay, it is an offense against human rights. These girls were raped, drugged and filmed against their will. Allegedly, some girls knew after they were filmed but were too scared to say anything to the police in fear they were called liars, etc. This is super sad, to be honest, I've seen some nasty comments of some fans being worried about their idols and blaming the victims. I'm glad they're keeping the name of the victims hidden, these girls need to be protected at all costs.

People need to calm down and stop crying about flat earthers or other conspiracy theories. In America you have the 1st amendment which guarantees people the unalienable right to believe and say whatever they want, as long as they are not committing a crime or threatening to commit a crime. Flat earthers are not putting anyone in danger, and they're not a threat to anyone. So I don't get why people are getting so worked up about it. You know what other theories don't make sense? The flying spaghetti monster, hard atheism and the 72 nonbinary genders theory. So should we start cracking down on these? Should we censor point of views just because we don't like them? I'm getting annoyed because all the anti-vaxxer hysteria has led us into a dangerous slippery slope. We are basically in a situation where free speech doesn't matter anymore because MSM, the EU and mega corporations with foreign investors get to decide what is true and what is fake news. What is morally good and what is harmful / hateful.

My heart hurts for my Venezuelan friends and colleagues in the UK, and any Venezuelans that's fled their country. I'm Norwegian but I've never had to experience what you have. Their uncertainty if they can get in touch with their parents and friends, if they'll be able to help their parents with food costs and be certain they are safe has drained them more than I've ever seen. In Caracas one of the generators blew up when power was restored for a short while, and my friend was sent photos and video of it happening. That glimmer of hope for a human need just blew up. Hearing how it was before from my friends is like hearing childhood memories which shows how much love there's for the country, but the sadness of the current situation weights. All I can say is Viva La Venezuela I'm so glad to meet people from there and hear your voice, see your strength and positivity. I feel for your pain and anxiety, and I hope and dream with you for a free Venezuela.

Of course Great Britain and France would ground them they are the majority steakholders in Airbus, the biggest competition to Boeing. The fly by wire Airbus systems also killed many people when it first came out and the autopilot crashed several flights. This is because there is always a learning curve to new systems, tragic but true. I've seen the procedure for this and its basically to immediately click off the autopilot. I can almost guarantee that procedure wasnt followed becuase of inexperience with the newer systems. That said yes Boeing should have better safety redundancy, autopilot should immediately disengage and the stick shaker should go off alerting the crews. I agree with the FAA though, with the obscene amount of training for pilots in the US I highly doubt this woukd affect a US crew

i'm getting so tired of seeing the fall out from burning sun continue to pool out as the days go on (the ongoing who's next or and in this next episode of this kdrama, or PRISONER 101 memes are really too accurate on how korean media is drawing this out/is being p hasty to pounce on every bit that's leaking out from the police department rather than waiting for everything to be revealed) but i'm also absolutely disgusted to see how ppl i've respected as artists and have adored from a fan perspective have turned out to be pure trash (looking at you JJY bc goddamn how do you think the cast of 2d1n feels rn) and ughhhh this + the ongoing college admissions scandals headlines keeps plugging up my feeds everywhere and; ;-; i just wanted a calm drama-free spring break my god

For Venezuela, it WAS the worst blackout in the history of the country. 5 days straight without power, that's not normal. No communications, no way buy food and for some like me to cook food, no water, no nothing. Still, right now only 28% of Venezuelan have internet service because telecommunications hasn't been re-established yet. The situation was really bad and we thought it couldn't get worst until the blackout. It's common knowledge that electrics towers, telecommunications tower, and water plant are in a bad shape right now, because of the maintenance issues. The sad part is that this could happen again. Thank you again for sharing this with the world.

in recent days and hours, group chats with videos of drunk and assaulted women have been uncovered, and the male celebrities involved have been found and i believe arrested or under questioning. This isn't a kpop problem anymore, this involves all of korean society, and the rights of korean women, my heart goes out to the victims, and I hope that the public stays safe in light of all of this. I am disgusted at international 'fans' trying to make this some fandom issue when this scandal and crime has a deep history and involves korean business and government and women who were taken advantage of.

I am a fan of BIGBANG but I dont not support Seungri. Things that he has been charged with tl are not okay. But saying all their fan are supporting him is wrong. The one who support them are blind and put people on pedestals. I feel bad for the other band members who are in the military and cannot comment on this. They are all amazing artists and have their own solo careers. I have seen things like this cause great groups to end the other artists who were not involved in a scandel have a hard time being successful. I hope his bad choiced dont affect his band mates.

Can you guys really explain what seungri did. Everyone's saying he did that and he did this but what did he really do? He wasn't proved of anything, there's no proof of him raping the girls or being in the chatroom, text exchanges, giving away Prosistous etc. Where others have been proven guilty. Stop blaming only him and let's be relasitic and wait till proven guilty. He's a famous figure and everyone's talking about him and using him as a scapegoat and not much of the other celebrities who were disgusting pigs who were actually proven guilty.

This aid lie is getting to me. Elliot Abrams is sending that aid. Elliot Abrams has a history of hiding weapons in aid shipments. There's good reason to suspect that's what he's doing now, sending weapons to terrorists to overthrow a government the US clearly is attempting to overthrow. But truth doesn't matter anymore, I guess. Pretend the US is perfect, innocent, has no ulterior motives and is only trying to help poor Venezuelans while countless US citizens live in poverty, denied medical care, drinking poison water.
