WHY People Are Freaking Out On Jussie Smollett AGAIN, Brenda Song Asian Enough DENIAL, & Israel Minus4: I live in Israel. The left is desperate to get bibi out they are willing to lie and cheat to get it. They omitt evidence when it contradicts their agenda and are slowly losing power in government offices(let me explain) In the past the left wing were the majority for a long time. Since they were in power they hired people for positions in government offices that shared their view. So things like the telecommunications office or even elected supreme Court judges got into key positions of power and held on to them for a long time. Now that those people are retiring those positions are opening up and the left is now desperately trying to cling on to those positions by any means necessary

As someone who is a Syracuse student its kinda sad to see what these comments are saying bc theyre not doing their research. Some important things to consider: 1. Look up the Theta Tau incident from 2018. This racism on campus is nothing new, and the university just saw expelling the frat as enough of a response and not more was done except a few bias programs, but not really anything more. There has been several other (not as serious) racially charged incidents, the problem is that there is a saturation of them recently. 2. There have been I believe 12-13 incidents in TWO WEEKS. This is a terrifying time especially for international students. One Asian international student had someone banging on their door for like 2 minutes (there was something else that happened I cannot recall at this moment) and she was terrified. 3. On top of this, DPS has actively worked to silence/suppress reports. I know of one girl who was harassed and then when she went to DPS they tried to get her to change the report to something less serious. Another instance, when the whole original incident happened in Day Hall, DPS immediately met with the RAs and told them they were not to let word of this slip out to anyone, not sending pictures of it, posting about it, or texting about it. On another occasion, a car pulled up next to a girl and a naked man got out and tried to attack her. When she went to DPS they said they couldnt do anything about it. 4. A Jewish professor was threatened Red flag there Professors are scared to come to work. I went to my Spanish class and only 5 of us showed up and we had a discussion about what was going on and my professor talked about how terrifying it is for her as Latina immigrant with this going on. 5. At the forum yesterday, why the hell werent all the trustees there for something so dire and important? Kent said he couldnt sign the demands because it needed to be discussed with the entire board, but they had a WHOLE WEEK TO DO SO. When he went and signed off on 16 with changes to 3 he didnt meet with anyone to discuss compromise. He has also showed incompetence during my entire time here, he needs to go. 6. Pretty much all the demands are very reasonable and very beneficial for our campus, I highly recommend going to notagain. su and reading them. 7. So what if it turns out its just some dudes thinking its funny to troll people with shit like this? It doesnt make it okay by any means and they need to be held accountable and the university needs to be held accountable for how theyve handled the situation. 8. I see a lot of people saying here that its just a bunch of bratty/liberal/crybaby students but this isnt the case. Pretty much the whole campus, students and faculty, liberal and conservative, are in solidarity about this.

As an Israeli i gotta say your coverage of the Israeli election and Bibi's indictment is good but at times it can be technically accurate but lacks wider context or interpretates matters threw a certain lens. This repeated a few time during the video but just to give an example you've mentioned Bibi calling the Arab law makers terror supporters, which sounds like a poor statement but without taking into account that they repeatedly refuse to condemn terror attacks or defend Israeli soldiers, they meet and hang out with terrorists and make speeches supporting terror attacks. One of them was caught smuggling phones to convicted terrorists in jail and another fled the country after he was suspected of being a spy. This is just one example of a few. I like it when you talk about Israel but it might be worth while getting some other perspectives about whats going around here, and i guess i have to say it- from right wing sources as well.

Syracuse has so many issues. I would not be surprised if some of the racist grafiti is found to be done by those who say it is against them, as some recent events have happened. That being said, so many people are afraid due to racist statements? I would not be surprised if businesses are sure due to not having safe spaces and paid leave for being insulted/cussed at/hearing racist statements in the future. And why would the school be investigating these claims on their own. There are those who are paid to investigate crimes, they are called the police. Campus security are not trained nor do they have much authority where the police are trained and have authority. Than you have one frat possibly having bigoted members. So due to the possible actions of a few people, all fraternities are being punished? There is so much wrong with this school, and only a part of it is the bigotry talked about.

While our political situation in Sweden was never as bad as the one in Israel seems to be, we were unable to form a government from October to January after our election last year. The reason is that neither the left wing block of parties nor the right wing block of parties got a majority because a party with racist ties got too many seats. Neither the left nor the right wanted to work with the racists, so it was a stalemate. In the end, two parties who had been a part of the right wing block went over to the left wing block to form a majority. And the two remaining right wing parties have said that they will probably work with the racists in the future. It seems like it was a good compromise, because no one is happy with the outcome.

I live in Israel and I gotta say this shitshow is pretty crazy. I'm really sad Zehut are not participating anymore. They were a very good party with a lot of potential. But what Bibi said is not entirely wrong. It is a witch hunt. Most of the claims supporting the indictment are completely unprosecutable because they are lacking in substance of unlawful activity. I don't support Bibi and his party (which I still voted for because everybody else is so much worse) and he overstayed his welcome and pushed away any good replacements after his two terms. I really hope we get third elections and get some better parties as an option. The amount on unprincipled politicians we have is quite sad in the secular sector.

As an Israeli I was astounded by the level of accuracy, respect and unbiased handling of the story. Thank you for that. Everyone in Israel are in shock. I know many people were hoping Netanihau would be indited and step down. He's been in power for far too long and it's time to move on. Unfortunately, there are still people who praise him and call him King Bibi. Ironically, most of the times it's the exact same people he does nothing for, especially people living in areas getting rockets fired at them. Thanks again for the way you handled this story, it's refreshing to listen to a story about Israel without hearing all the hate against Jewish and Israeli people.

Something seems off about the university story. I'm not going to pass any judgement and I'll try to take it at face value. What's happening at the school is horrible, they have my sympathies. There is absolutely NO space for racism, and it should be snuffed out. I was with this story the whole way until the demands came out. Why? I'm now suspicious that this might have been a hoax to get a power grab. I'm not saying it is and I beg to be wrong, there's been too many of these situations now that I need more of an investigation before I'm solid in my opinion. I hope the students are okay and they get the help they need, no one should feel unsafe.

(Not saying this the reason because I'm not a director, nor seen or even in crazy rich asian) But, Method Man said he chose Dave east to play him in that wu tang show because he was a person who was trying to break in acting that wasn't getting shots. Pretty much, its might not be because she wasn't asian enough but she was a bigger name which could lead to a higher cost and a spot taken that could went to someone up in coming ( the lady from fresh off the boat) (also I just know when they were working and promoting that movie that show was picking up some steam)

I made ayleih, jewish act of moving to the holyland, around a year ago. Where I live in tel aviv, most see bibi as becoming a dictator due to the length he managed to stay in power. Its really tough to decide on a party because they all support at least one other radical party. Because Israel is a multi party government the partys have to try and find a way to get along. Bibi getting indited feels like something could actually happen finally. The current situation with gaza has made this so much worse too.
