Joe Rogan Censorship Scandal, Carole Baskin, Tenet AMC Bet, & What You Need To Know About Evictions Frank: Am I going to see these movies? Frickin NO! One is an absurd rip off. The other involves helping spread of a pandemic. holy crap could we just put stuff on pause for a little bit. Disney had the right idea until they said thirty bucks to watch it. Both companies can eat my butt. And should because they clearly don't give a crap about their consumers.

Yea the evictions thing seems to NOT be taking into account that some landlords have to pay mortgages, taxes, and insurance on each and every home (and utilities for some)
Edit: theres an afterthought where it's mentioned but doesn't have any protections in place or even a thought of a plan.
My father passed away in Feb. He was a landlord. 14 out of the 22 properties have mortgages. All have insurance. All have taxes. Some have utilities included. My brothers and I have been trying to figure this out for months. We have set up payment plans with those who can pay something and have not evicted anyone. But there is no way we can keep this going until 2021. It's just not possible. We're using OUR personal credit cards to pay for other people's utilites to stay on at this point. We went through all possible funds left by my father. We are going to lose everything my father & mother worked towards for that last 35 years and that I worked for, for the last 10 years.
We don't WANT to evict or displace anyone. But we also don't want to be forced to sell off homes. Which doesn't even sound like a possibility right now.

(sorry in advance if I got any of these wrong)
Controversial guests who had episodes removed:

Owen Benjamin
Kurt Metzger
Sargon of Akkad
Gavin McInnes
Milo Yiannopoulos
Kip Andersen
Keegan Kuhn

David Seaman
Stefan Molyneux

Besides that, many of the controversial guests had multiple episodes removed, while the non-controversial guests did not. In reality, roughly 2/3 of the episodes removed were with controversial guests.
So either a substantial majority of JRE guests are controversial, or controversial guests were singled out for removal. Take your pick.

The eviction halt is a demagogic measure, meant to make the appearance of helping out those in the most vulnerable situation, but note how 1) it it will expire after the elections, 2) it s not costing the government a single penny, and 3) it s not real aid, because I doubt people will have enough money to pay in full all the money they ll be owing to their landlords at the end of the year, so they will still be evicted in the middle of the pandemic and will be in a bigger financial hole, but that will be a problem that the new US president will have to tackle in January.
How can Trump and his administration be any more truculent and despicable?

Story #1 - Question #1 - Why would you want to listen to someone like Joe Rogan whose opinions are clones whoever he spoke to last?
Question #2 - Why would you want to listen to Joe Rogan talk to a White Nationalist garbage person like Gavin McInnes, or someone who just carries water for the far right like Milo?
Story #2 - Blind, authoritarian fanboy squirrel finds a nut, or like 10% of one, given that it is a temp ban to eviction itself, not an all out moratorium on rent and evictions. I'll cry for landlords when I cry for corporations and other leeches on society and the working class.

It makes literally 0 sense to have a freeze for rent payers and not for mortgage payers.
It needs to be either both or neither.
If it's both then the Bank (Yes, the trillion dollar banks) foot the temporary Bill, i. e. loss of income.
Interest free extension is the only way to actually assist people without having tremendously negative effects on the market and economy, the banks wont like it so it would never happen, but it's the responsible thing to do as a leader.

i m thinking casting carole was to up the views of dwts. i started watching in s19 bc if bethany but have fallen off the dwts wagon slowly for the past 3ish years. i think between past couple seasons just being subpar (and annoying to watch bc it s a popularity contest rather than based on talent) and the fact that they fired the hosts, tom bergeron and erin andrews w tyra banks, i think they re looking to get views back up.

I would love an audio version of the Phil Defranco show. While I am in love with Phils face, it's hard to get back to my subs as soon as I can. And I appreciate al. l the production value. But if there was an audio version I really appreciate that when I am on the road. And I wanna catch my news when I play my Spotify in my car and don't wanna get distracted. But thats just me.

We have similar bans on evictions here in Australia until next year but the big problem is that those bills are going to keep piling up so even if people are able to find work by the time the moratorium ends they are still going to have to find a way to pay 6+ months of back-rent.
I see this just being a postponement on the inevitable eviction bloodbath

If you don't repeatedly sing the Carole Baskin song from Tik Tok after watching this and also want to burn everything to the ground because it is once again stuck in your head and now you're having flashbacks to the beginning 3 months of quarantine, did you ever really live in 2020! Side note - BUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN LIFE RIGHT NOW.
