PewDiePie Pulls 50k Donation After Backlash, David Dobrik Plane, SCOTUS Immigration Ruling, & More Alex Turner: I'm extremely thankful that Pewdiepie didn't donate to the ADL. The ADL claims to fight against bigotry and antisemitism, but they're extremely flawed and more politically motivated than motivated for humanitarian reasons. The ADL regularly throws accusations of antisemitism to people who criticise the Israeli Government & Army's treatment of Palestinians, even when they completely avoid any antisemitism in their criticism. The ADL does not recognise the armenian genocide, and The ADL is more than willing to try and limit free speech by intentionally trying to get businesses to stop supporting people over a few jokes. The ADL is an awful organisation and it's a spit in the face to Jewish people who are actually facing real anti-semitism, because when you throw accusations of antisemitism around as carelessly as the ADL does, you desensitise people to the word, and make people stop caring as much about real anti-semitism affecting the lives of millions of jews today. I'd much rather recommend Pewdiepie donates to an organisation like Jewish Voice for Peace or Amnesty International, both of which fight true bigotry and anti-semitism without falling for the trap of using accusations of anti-semitism as a weapon to silence political opponents.

The only reason I don't leave the USA and move to another country at this point is because I refuse to idly sit and watch all of the values of this country that I learned about growing up turn into a fascist regime. My mom was an immigrant from the Soviet Union and raised me to believe that America was a place where anyone could come and find their niche to make their own way, everyone had the right to work towards their happiness, and that where you came from was nothing other than an interesting talking point to learn more about the world. I sit and watch this show and the mainstream news and simply just wonder if this is how the Germans felt as Hitler started gaining momentum. This isn't the exact same circumstances, and I'm not equating Trump to Hitler, but the phrase history will repeat itself unless you learn from it rings so loud whenever Trump and his administration start making noise.

My only thought towards Felix is that he's acting quite disgusting. How many time is someone allowed to blame not doing proper research before I roll my eyes. If you make the commitment to donate to an organization. Then you should donate. Forget about the backlash. You publicly announced a donation for charity. CHARITY. If he had said it was for make a wish, and a cancer kid is beside me. Would he turn to Timmy and let him know gee my fans don't like cancer kids. He needs to get his shit together. I can't even with Felix. Plus Phill gives him the benefits of the doubt the first time. Second time, third, forth ect. Your allow to look critically at the people you like. We all know it's tacky to not donate funds promised. Unless they are racist baby killing terrorist.

Phil, can you please cover ProJared's response to allegations video from a couple of weeks ago? He essentially utterly debunked the accusations (which have been deleted by the accusers) and was holding off on releasing it all until now only because he was following legal counsel. The video, however, has significantly less coverage than the initials, false accusations did, making it very worrying. I especially feel like there's a bit of a responsibility on your part to cover the story's resolution since you reported on the accusations to your audience but many of them have not seen his response. Not to be demanding -- I just think it's the proper thing to do, and I feel you'd agree.

God Casey has become so cringe inducing. He is a literal sell-out. Who talks about creating these big companies and ventures. Then they just fail because he has no commitment to his fans. When he does mail time. He literally just rips stuff apart like a child. When people spent time making him stuff. He has become a leech and I am surprised Phil let this sell out near the show. Casey loves to the most liberal state in the country. So my thoughts are that he will only get worse. His uploads are mainly just pushing a product and they have no plot or timeline. He has his millions so who cares. If Phil ever sells out like him. That will be a sad day.

I was hoping for some comments on the asylum story. I really want to understand why this would be a bad move for the US. Isnt it just simply saying hey you are coming through another country why not try for asylum there first? Or am I way off base? It seems like a decent solution to help. Im not ok at all with anything we have been doing thus far. Locking kids in any kind of detainment the way they are being abused. So why cant some other countries take on some of this burden. Why cant we become more of a global community

On the Persky story, I'm not condoning his decision as it was at best erroneous and at worst, criminal but I have to ask. if he was following the recommendation of the probation department why was there no hue and cry raised to go after whomever was responsible for that recommendation? Yes, he should have ignored it but if they made that recommendation what others are they making and how many of these laughably bad pieces of advice are being acted upon that the public isn't being made aware of?

I was very upset about pewdiepies choice to donate to ADL, I saw it as him attempting to join a group that seeks his destruction and many other good people and plenty of bad people to be sure as well. Hearing his explanation I think its entirely truthful and sincere I am happy he has chosen to not continue with it. Personally its just the past now and I hope he continues on his path to just be him and try to stay out of the politics or edgy humor stuff, even though i did enjoy it.

Guess no one noticed that PewDiePie had a Iron Cross on the jacket he is wearing. The Iron Cross is a 19th Century symbol used by the German army then later by the Nazi's. White supremacists and neo-Nazi's will use this with or without the swastika in the middle. However it is used by companies without all the old hate baggage in mind. I'd think he would be more conscious of what he says or wears considering people still think he's a racist.

It amazes me that Philip and Lindsay have to use the F word in most of their Instagram stories. really? In this day and age - are there not enough descriptive words that you could use? Just wondering if your children happen to hear their parents and think it's acceptable and use the F word in school - would you care? Just strange that such intelligent adults need to act like teens 'look at me. I can swear and I don't care'. mmmm. strange?
