I remember taking an overpass of I-35 near downtown Austin at 5pm in late March of 2020. I maybe saw 5-10 vehicles total on a highway that would commonly be 6 lanes of bumper-to-bumper traffic. It was surreal. Despite the politically divisive topic the pandemic has become in the US, there -was- a moment where nobody knew what was going on and everybody was afraid. That's important to remember.

Luckily The Weeknd released his after hours album a few days after the state of emergency was put into place in Ontario. I just listened to it non stop for 3 months until I was allowed to go back to work lol.
I remember when I got my one and only vaccination, I thought I was gonna die. It made me feel so horrible.
