So ive only recently started like talking to her bit by bit. At first i would ask if i can get her a coffee or whatever, when im doing overtime on her shift, so like little by little i learned what she likes to drink from Dunkin and Starbucks. And shebalso likes Monsters so i always get a 12 pack of the zero sugar ones, Ultra Sunshine. I usually bring in two with me for the nights, my shift. I drink only one, but then one day i just asked her Oh do you like Monsters? Which she said she did, and i showed her one i had and was like Have you tried this one? It tastes like Fanta kind of. And ever since then i would always bring a second one to give to her, altho always asking if shed like one and not like force it on her ya know.
The only dilemma with my crush is she works on the days im off, which i go do overtime on her shift. Like i work nights on one group and she works the morning shift of the next group coming in when its my days off. So its like even trying to pin point a time and day to hang out is odd. Like my plan is to ask her out on like my first day of work, so id go out with them and then up until i have to go to work. Id rather risk me being tired, than taking her out after her shift cuz im sure she's tired as well. Anyways, well yeah i havent gotten like full out conversations with her, but im just trying to like be friends at least. Im content with that, if we can be friends thatd be just fine. Only yeah, it sucks i just have this crush on her for like 2 years since shes started working here, and yeah. Honestly this whole past like 4 months, feels like ive progressed to even like talk to her. Cuz im just a shy af person when it comes to her. Just the other day, i took my break, when doing ot on her shift, and she came in too take her break. I had two mosnters, and i gave her one, and well it was awkward but we did talk for like her 15 minutes that she had, tho mostly it was work. but phew i was just like relieved we didnt just sat in silence, or well i was standing by the fridge, drinking my drink and pretending to fiddling on my phone. im just trying to learn more of her, tho i guess im not doing much of like telling her about myself. Idk if she's shy or just not interested. Which is like one thing i struggle when thinking about her. I dont really feel like im the most exciting person. Or at least like by standards of hobbies. Tho i do plan on getting to know her more. Ask her how her weekend was, what she likes to do, and so on. I just hope we mesh and have a common ground. I honestly havent had a crush this hard in a long while.

i really want to know how i can tell my (transmasc) friend that im in love with him without saying it.
recently we (and what i mean by 'we' is my friend group) got the news that my crush is moving out of state in january next year. obviously this was devistating news for all of us (especially me) and right before we were told about this i was planniing on telling him over the xmas holidays, but that was ruined.
i want to try and tell him as early as possible so he at least gets more time to think. even if it makes everything awkward
if im being honest this situation is putting me under alot of stress. and it doesnt help that i have a short term (8 weeks, on week 3 at time of typing) so i have even less time to tell him before the holidays. as of now, only 3 of my friends know about this crush and none of them really know how to help. i want to tell him irl, but thats difficult to do since its never just us two.
the only remote plan i have atm is either tell him at a sleepover (which is unlikely to happen, or write it down in text and show it to him irl.
if anyone has any ideas or tips to help with my situation then i greatly appreciate it

I just go this discord and we are in the same class so we talk a lot (we sit next to each other too) i just sent him a rly long text explaining how i felt and complimented him too bc his smile omg bro. Anyways he told me his feelings for me are RLY RLY RLY close liking but since hes blocking himself from liking anyone he doesnt want to. The main thing which I'm worried about asking out a girl is not sure much the rejection itself, but her immediate reaction when I do ask. For example: will she cringe, will she death-stare me, will she become freaked out and won't want to see me again.
Basically, I don't want to embarrass her, or make her feel uncomfortable - this is the main thing that is pulling me back. So annoying,
