1. Rather than jumping straight into your final goal, you can also explore by jumping into your various options, without committing yourself to the one particular option you think is the right one. Trial and error is more likely to result in your reaching your goals, rather than jumping into only one plan, be it the final goal, or what you thought was the best way to reach it. Im doing that right now with dieting and exercise. Most articles focus on finding the best way to diet (and exercise, rather than find the one that fits you the best so you stick with it. Trial and error at least says its okay if a particular diet or exercise doesnt work, rather than suggest you lack the willpower or whatever to stick to the best diet or exercise.

I do neglect my health because I'm convinced that I ought to be working harder to carry out my duties (at the work place, that is. But I have just realised and understood that unless I feel well, I won't be able to do my job well either. However, how do I start taking care of myself without feeling guilty for not being able to do my job well? I know that I don't value myself enough, that my self-esteem is very low, and I just can't seem to be able to change that. Hence this constant feeling of worthlessness. My therapist doesn't seem to be able to help me either.

I think my biggest problem is the neglect of health, specially about sleeping.
An exhausted mind is a lot more prone to lack of concentration and irritability, so it quickly brings the other problems too.
During a time, I was almost sleeping healthy again, but I didn't handle the stress from college the best way, and ended up pulling some all nighters again.
Now I'm trying to stop caring about things that cannot be helped, and care more about my emotional and physical health.
This video made me remind of this important thing for today, thanks.

Re. No. 5, it's amazing how achieving a tiny goal on the way to our 'big' goal can produce a very rewarding shot of dopamine, as long as we stop to acknowledge the achievement and allow our brains to get a kick out of it. When we view our 'big goal' from a theoretical perspective, it can be hard to imagine that the achievement of a tiny 'sub-goal' could be so satisfying but once we experience it, we realise it's true.

I flunked my first quiz yesterday and was sooo discouraged by that and I feel like my classmates may be gossiping about me which just worsened my confidence much more. And now I feel left out in my class because I can't follow the lessons and I constantly think that they're teaming up on me (idk lol. It's like I'm slowly losing my motivation to study. ;__;

My main motivation problem is that, as a content creator, I feel like I put in so much effort into what I make, but I get almost nothing in return for it. I'm still not sure how to handle this & I'm considering going to therapy because it's really starting to make my life worse day by day.

I literally suffer because of all theese things. But at the moment I know my problem and I think that realizing the problem is the biggest step we can achive. I hope I will run out all theese difficulties and become happier.

Me: Has no motivation to work out because no energy. No energy because of work and depressed about not having the energy to do what I want when I'm off.
This shit seems infinite.
