The younger man I'm with today does embrace who I am not try to destroy it. Always known I'm different and smart and so is he is why we get along so well, another important aspect to why younger men are with much older woman they get each other even though they are different decades.

Most of my aha thoughts suddenly shows up when I am completely relaxed. Now I recollect many years back while I was commuting through ECR was consistently having so many aha thoughts related to my interests. This habit is difficult to implement bcoz we are used to keep occupied more else something missing. Meditation is something have to integrate and be consistent.

3rd one seems to be one of my fatal flaws of course it probably stems more from other factors besides wanting to learn use to do the 4th one but parents hated it when I did that so now I have a mental block to do it on command I tend to explain more about things when I'm not thinking essentially
