Enroll FREE Yale University course on increasing your happiness back up by Science Hellcat: I completely & disagree with the old & tired cliche that any & everybody who is materialistic is just the worst & it's like a severe addiction for they don't treat anybody with respect/kindness & are so blinded by their possessions they are greedy as all get out & suffice it to say they're the worst who can't/don't/won't & are unable of having any healthy relationship & end up all alone, LIES from people who clearly know nothing of what they speak of except for what THEY have experience with & it's nothing like what they babble about, NOPE. I am the most materialistic person ever, i would legit choose my 2020 Dodge Challenger, which i gor BRAND NEW w only 11 mile's on her jst 2 year's of coming back to my hometown with all but nothing except the clothes on my back, over my 2 kid's who don't live with me & couldn't care less to hit me or will keep something that i don't use or wear so it is taken care of, i dnt share my food w ANYBODY, i will HOWEVER get somebody their own whatever & more often than not w/o their knowledge for as much as i love my stuff, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE getting something for somebody i CARE about a little something for it brings me an absolute joy/happiness & a warm fuzzy feeling to do something nice for whoever & it doesn't matter what it is, i gave the Xmas gift i got from my boss before she lost her mind & not only discriminated 3 sperate issue's regarding me, wrongful termination on top, to my 1 & only very good woman who is the sister i never had & she perked rigt up, that was more meaningful than i can say. Not everybody who is materialistic is like a junkie with their fix & just the worst, quite the opposite here i shall add thank you.

I hate coffee and socialising makes me miserable. However, one thing that made my life tremendously easier was deleting the social aspect of my life. After the deletion, because of cruel betrayals, I noticed an amazing simplicity came over my life. Peace, symmetry, lots of time, true independence and self-reliance, suddenly came overcmy life. All I gave up were things I never really had anyway, amicable and amorous, relationships, and allies. I thought I had amicable and amorous relationships and allies, until the horrible betrayals. Then I found that in the 21st century, nobody is truly your friend. I quit looking for any sort of social connections and found an incredible freedom, mental awakening, and abundance of time. Humanity has evolved but few realise it. Humans no longer have to be social and enslaved by the very process of being social any more. Those times passed about 200 years ago. Humans can live without social connections, quite successfully, and far more healthy, than if they had friends and a mate. I may never return to be social again. I found a much better way.

I used to do journaling regularly last year. But this year, it's different. It's taking a lot of energy to go to my book, find a pen and then write it. I feel like writing everything down whenever I'm happy or sad or not even feeling anything, but I'm just not taking my book to write things down. I have no idea what happened to me this year. I wish I changed.

Now imagine that journal of 6 years is gone in a instant years of pictures
Writings gone kinda regret using a app for that to be fair I was afraid to write in a notebook since someone might see it it was devastating you want to move on by making a new one yet that new one makes you remember the old one.

I love Journaling and have kept one since I was younger than 10 however, I don't write daily. Whenever there is something on my mind or something that I would love to write down, I journal. I've found that I dislike doing it everyday, have less benefits, and usually quit quickly so this really works for me.

Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.
