- usually when I get anxious I bite my nails and peel my skin ik its a bad habit but I just act before thinking sometimes I dont even realize im doing it bc of how stressed I am or how much of a habit its become
- if I bite my nails too much or peel my skin till there's blood but im stressed I would grab a comfort food and start snacking
- my comfort snacks/food:
seeds
nutella
cereal (gluten)
steak and potatoes
rice
candy and chocolate (sugar)
tomatoes
ice cream
- I love sugar, coffee and gluten I eat gluten and sugar everyday so it would be hard to take it down a notch but for coffee It would be easier. for processed foods I dont rlly eat that much processed foods but I eat cultured food every day
- I usually eat seeds most of the time bc it kinda remind me of nail biting or a habit I do when im stressed but my problem is when I start eating it I cant stop

I don't eat at all when I'm anxious. Coffee had just given me anxious feeling just now. My heart is racing. I take deep breaths. I do only have 1coffee a day.
Too many cannbiods in it cause my heart to pound and my hands sweat s and I feel so fearful about going out.
I wish I can turn to food to help me but I notice If I stick to vegetable s pepper s and chicken panies make me feel good.

I find that when I eat the following food my anxiety is triggered.
1. Powdered Milk Sometime even Ice Creams
2. Fried Food like Chips, Eggs and Fried meat
3. Drink Sparkling Water of Sprite &
4. Chapati (This is an Indian Cusine, its like a nun bread but cooked with oil

Gluten free girl here I can't have wheat or barley or rye so yeah I can't have gluten at all so you're not going to have to worry about that sugar you may have to worry about that though I just want something sweet when I have anxiety or just any food I'm just hungry that's one of the reasons why I have anxiety cuz I'm hungry

hey Psych2Go is eating salad ok for depression or stress? I like salad a lit and often eat it when im stressed or feeling down, with how much this list included im wondering if i can even stress eat anymore? so I wanted to know and if you can make one of ones to eat that make it better

Ok I swear I'm being stalked, for the past two days I've been having really bad anxiety and I had a pumpkin pie and honestly it made me feel worse way before I finished
But thanks I'll keep that in mind, my head is still spinning right now so I'll keep note of that

i dont know if you already did a video of that but my best friend start eating very unhealty and weird things like paint and things like that. if the're any anwer of that i would like to know why she eats that.

So you basically are telling me I cant eat anything most foods have suger and we cant eat veggies and fast food is what we not only me eat most of the time

I ovoid oranges it makes me scared because of the taste and texture I also avoid muffins with a lot of blueberrys it scares me because of the blue Berry holes

Wait. how about if you don't drink Coffee for a few days?
Will that cause Anxiety?
I'm testing out many things since Anxiety runs in my family

I also have Autism, Anxiety, ADHD and some more stuff to be diagnosed since I'm getting tests for my brain done you know. MRI and EEG Etc.

don't mind me realizing i eat every one of these foods (and yes it doesn't include caffein because i said so)

I eat almost all of these every week no wonder my anxiety is getting worse, there's also other reasons but yeah. :)
